Fast service, Bryan (Plumber) was an honest expert in his field. Great advice and fast work. Took a star off because the customer service rep decided not to disclose baseline charges upfront. It makes the exchange feel like bait and switch. Overall the cost was reasonable which makes the customer service rep's communications seem unnecessary.

I love Mathew so much!! He was so helpful, and he educated me on all of my plumbing, on top of that he was very professional, I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

Simba plumbing did an awesome job relocating my bathroom shower valve and diverter with handled unit, they moved the shower drain over and moved the tub lines into the wall and fixed an angle stop. Very professional, on time and courteous. Will hire them again for other jobs that I have down the road. Thank you.

Christian was my tech last year and since he was familiar with my equipment I asked for him again. He brought a new tech, Egzon. They both did a great job. They let me know step by step what they were doing and why. I’ve always received excellent service from Benjamin Franklin and plan to continue. Christian is an excellent representative of your company and since Egzon is trading with Christian there is no doubt in my mind he will be a good tech as well.

Parker and Sons is one of the worst companies I ever belt with. On January 8th,my tankless water heater started linking and I called Parker and Son on the 9th. They came out and stated I needed a new water exchange and they will order the part. They ordered the part on the 9th, and it arrived at their facility on the 12th. Today is the 18th and I’m still waiting. They stated they have to locate the part. They also quoted me one price and now they are charging me $200.00 more. Tech was a nice guy. Lit my gas water heater. Charged me $150.00 to do so. That is ridiculous. Will Not use these guys again.

On thanksgiving my kitchen sink backed up....after my husband tried to fix the problem and it didn't work we knew a plumber was needed.
