I found the tech Jason Becker so invested in solving my issue, he listened and cared. A fantastic customer service experience. Then speaking with the scheduling team and others at this company I would highly recommend them again. This company cares about doing the right thing by its customers. Will definately use them again.

The service, pricing, and end result was fully functioning plumbing.On a personal level, I need to start taking pictures of my stuff before anyone does work on anything and I would recommend you do so as well.I had some valves replaced inside a small bathroom vanity and somehow in the process the plumber detached the whole vanity from the wall. I've owned my home for 8 years, I know the vanity was fully attached to the wall, as I had sealed it myself, and when I brought it to his attention before final paymentthe instant response was "it was like that before we worked on it." Oof.I get that nobody wants to be liable for anything, and to his credit he tried to offer to reattach it to the wall but my wife was so upset at the response that I just paid him and sent him on his way. What's unfortunate is there were two plumbers and this guy was not the one who worked in that vanity so he was really just covering for his coworker.All this to say, take photos of the work area before anyone starts any work. Aside from that, they were very reasonable and my plumbing is in good working order.

These guys are great. Much thanks to Travis, Todd, and Cole(CJ). There was a leak at my place and Moon Valley was able to get it under control quickly. After Precision Locating helped pin point the hidden leak. Moon Valley was able to come out and professionally execute the replacement and re-routing of the pipes that were the issue. Great attitudes and workmanship.

Just had a clog emergency and, once again Accent was on the spot with a perfect outcome. I've used them for several years now for various issues and I'm always impressed by every facet of how they do business - professional, fair, quality work. Jessie came to check my sewer as I had received an estimate from another company as buyers of my house had requested. Other company wanted almost $5000 to 'repair' he checked with a camera and video and reported nothing wrong with the sewer. Now that is honesty, unlike the other company. Thank you Jesse, honesty these days seems to be rare.

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

Great experience! The technician that came out, JC , had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Very fast and efficient. Called and was able to come the exact same day. Definitely recommend him and the company for anyone in need. Will request them in the future if any other issue arises

The person who came was nice and did a good job, but we were waiting for someone to come scope the pipes and they never showed up. I asked to reschedule and they said they would call me, but I’m still waiting on the call.

We came home from vacation overseas at night and had to discover that we had a water leakage somewhere, I could hear the water running and the backyard was soaking wet. Terrific experience as you can imagine. I called several „so called 24hrs plumbers“ before I got to Simons plumbing company. The companies I called before Simons, one was actually Rooters, didn’t want to come on a Sunday night (9:30pm) and just said they had appointments all through the night(!!). Anyhow, Simons plumbing were extremely nice and understanding, and 15 minutes later at our home and solved the issue! (Broken pool-water-stopper) From now on this is my plumbing company to go! So friendly and professional, I really recommend them to everybody!

Home warranty use them. I used them for out of warranty service, and they were excellent.

They have saved home owners in our 55 plus community thousands and thousands of dollars. We know this because of a sewer line issue we experienced when we purchased our home 7 years ago. The plumber who came on the scene when we had a back up said he'd have to dig up our floors (just after laying 2100 feet of wood flooring) to replace the collapsed cast iron pipes with PVS piping for an outrageous cost. We knew there had to be another way. After a little research we learned of the one and only pipe lining company in Arizona-Peerless Plumbing. They have technology that other plumbers in the Phoenix valley don't offer. Their process is non-invasive and they do not disrupt your home and require that you move out for weeks on end.
