I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? The most difficult thing about owning a home is finding a contractor that's reliable and honest. After I met steven to do some work on my counter tops in my kitchen, I've never been so happier with the results and how simple the process was. I didnt hear any uhhhs or well I dont know, it was boom! This is the price, this is the work that will be finished. I also was freaking out about an electrical issue and asked if he knew somebody that would be able to fix it, he asked what was happening and said I got you and fixed it without breaking my pockets. Steven and his team are all around great gentlemen! Thank you for making everything simple!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Response Crew (RC). I have an Airbnb in Chandler AZ and submitted a request for quote for some fairly simple work (a kitchen faucet, 3 bathroom faucets and a shower curtain rod). I was very detailed in my description of the work needed, so that I could get a ball park estimate online. I sent the request to 5 different handy man services, and response crew was the only one that responded with an estimate. All other handy man services wanted to come to the house (I live in Chicago, so I couldn't meet them and I didn't want to waste time). Again, I wasn't looking for an exact quote, just a ball park. After giving me the estimate and talking to the customer service team, I decided to give them a go.

Ruben from Response Crew came to my house, on time (8am as promised) and completed the job very well. I had all products there waiting for them and RC installed everything. Further, I purchased a wrong size faucet and RC drove to Home Depot, picked up a new one for me (sent me a pic for my approval) and returned to my home to install it. I returned the other one I purchased, that didn't fit, for a full refund.

Was my first time using RC and first impression was excellent service and a good group of people. I will use them again and hope to get the same service. Thanks!
