The service at my home was provided by Gilbert and Ethan.. They arrived on time and ready to go tyo work. I believe they went the extra mile , they were both friewndly and pleasant and they completeed the work in less than the estimated time. I give the 2 young men 5 STARS! Would absolutely recommend, honest and up front throughout the process! My elderly parents had an attempted break in at their home, broke a large front window in the process. Had two other contractors out who told us that the windows needed to be replaced, Duane came out expecting to measure in anticipation of installing a whole new unit, but instead called and told me that we did not need to spend the money on one, and that he would replace the glass right then and there. Definitely one of the last honest companies out there! (The work was excellent as well!)

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. We have an older home in Arizona and needed to replace some of the windows and doors urgently. It started with Tom Dannenbaum (design consultant) who came out and helped us see what our 2 replacement windows would be and our options for 3 new doors. The next person Chris Trujillo (project manager) came out. Once the windows and doors were made, Saul Garcia and Jonathan came out to do the installation. Overall, we are very pleased with everything.

The technician was knowledgeable and very efficient.

I recently remodeled our master bathroom. I called several companies to get quotes for the shower glass enclosure. Phil is the only one who came to the house to assess the job and give a quote. Others wanted 1/2 down to show up or I had to go visit their showroom. Phil's prices were reasonable compared to other companies with quotes I got over the phone. Phil is an Army Vet and I'm a Navy Vet. It's his personality, respect, other positive reviews and veteran status as to why I chose Stellar Glass. Phil came out and explained what would work given the small size of the bathroom. The new glass from the manufacture, a local company, had some defects originally and Phil rejected it. He called me to explain what happened vs. just installing it and moving on. He always kept me abreast of the status. Phil also found a towel bar that matched the look and feel of the bathroom which was important. He worked with me on the install date and time since I work 5 days a week. He was kind, courteous and provided excellent service. The completed project exceeded my expectations.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Adrian and his team did a wonderful job hanging mirrors along the back wall of our clinic. They were timely and professional. The mirrors make our space look much bigger and open. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team! Very happy!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Touchdown had the best price and availability to take care of a broken glass window during the Thanksgiving holiday week. Dwayne showed up when promised, and did excellent work replacing the glass in the window professionally and quickly. I would recommend the company to anyone!

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Paid for windows but they won’t install. Business has gone under and fighting in court right now.
