These guys are ultra intentional. Unusual for a plumber. So appreciate the attention to detail in timely follow-up, expectation setting, and follow-through. They are fairly priced, efficient, and do what they say they are going to do. Love to come across a business that works like a well oiled machine. Never mind the excellent results of their work in my home! Highly recommend.

From the jump I was happy. They came out to give me a free estimate and Terry and Marquese educated me on how to make my water heater last longer before selling me anything. They advised me on how to save money by getting some of the parts myself. They did not overcharge me or try too hard to upsell me on additional products/services and ended up being half the cost of other plumbers that I reached out to. On the day of service I was their last job so I got pushed back after the scheduled time but they still came and were extremely professional and took care of the job like pros efficiently and effectively. I will definitely reach back out for my future plumbing needs.

This was our 2nd repair to where our watering system connected to the main. The first was done. But a while later noticed leaking in the same area. James Estes came out. He found water was constantly moving the meter. He then had me turn on the drip after I told him I thought it might be the drip bacause it had dried up since I called the day before. As soon as I turned it on, I knew it was a completely different leak. James talked with the office and went for the part. Turned out they sold him the wrong part, so he went again. I am so thankful for Ben Franklin Plumbing. They are always courteous and professional and give you the bottom line.

Came out found small leak and came out next day to make repair when ground dry up

Cannot speak highly enough of Alan and Springs plumbing. We had a major kitchen sink fiasco on a Friday night and reached out to Alan on Saturday morning. He told us he could be at our house in a couple of hours and was promptly on time. Super nice guy, ended up having him put in a new garbage disposal, replace our kitchen faucet with a new one we had previously purchased and fixed our kitchen sink leak for a super reasonable price. It's apparent what a hard working guy Alan is and we are very happy with his quality of work. Refreshing to see someone who takes such pride in their work and we will be using Alan for any plumbing work we need in the future and will refer him to anyone who needs a good plumber. My home warranty sent this company to fix a leaky toilet. Instead of actually fixing the leak, the technician only applied caulking around the base of the toilet. Ended up creating another service request, another $75, to fix the problem.

Thank you so much to Peerless Plumbing and their amazing job they did on our main sewer line pipe. We had a significant crack in our sewer pipe and it so happened to be under our post tension foundation. We had numerous quotes from various companies and each one wanted to dig up our foundation to replace the pipe, which is highly dangerous on a post tension slab. Peerless Plumbing was able to make the repair with no digging and no mess. I’m thankful for the job they did and would highly recommend this company.
