Our AC stopped working. Our rental company put us in contact with A.P.E.S and Adam was at our house fixing the AC within an hour! He was professional, polite, and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this company! And thank you to Adam!!!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Palaschak. He called prior to let me know an E.T.A. and when he arrived I explained my situation and in no time he was able to confirm what we thought our issue was and that was a bad thermostat. Dylan was very thorough and also very informative with the options I had to replace the thermostat. Dylan had excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to your company! John Norko came out for maintenance of our 2 A/Cs. Kept me aware of everything to expect regarding what he was doing. Explained every recommendation he made and justified why he made it. I appreciate the thoroughness and time he took to make sure I understood everything. Also answered all questions I had and was pleasant and professional throughout all interactions. Would definitely recommend him!

I got estimates from 4 of the largest a/c companies in Phoenix. Day & Night gave me by far the best price, they were on time and Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. Steve is also the only one that did a Heat Load Test to make sure I was buying the correct size unit for my house, the other 3 companies did not do this and wanted to sell me a bigger and MORE EXPENSIVE unit than I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAY & NIGHT AIR CONDITIONING.

The plumber was awesome and very knowledgeable. He was very attentive and understanding about my concerns. He patiently answered all my questions. He spent his time and did a great job. He also offered some suggestions on things he saw that needed to be fixed.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.
