HORRIBLE!! Flakes!! They do NOT show up for appointments. I took two days off from work.... They cancelled on me the first day and the next day they rescheduled for 12:30PM and they were a no show!! I called them and their response was "oh we were told we could come out any time...." Right....because so many people can take two days off from work to wait for a soft water system repair......BS!!

The service we received from the dispatched tech (Sabo) both times far exceeded our expectations. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of picking up after the jobs were done. The dispatch team itself was courteous and communicative before and after the job was complete.

Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called in advance of arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would at the scheduled appointment time. Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. His installation and repair was completed so well that the plumbing looks better now than it did when the house was built! Noticed my 30 year old Water Heater was leaking and saw major rust around the bottom of the unit. Called NXTLVL they were able to schedule me same day, Alex was at my house in less than 2 hours. Got a great quote, new Water Heater was installed in a couple of hours. Everything was explained and Alex cleaned everything up. We had a major leak due to a dishwasher issue. We called around 5pm and service was out in less than 3 hours. JR was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the potential issue but also did not do unnecessary work that might have voided our dishwasher warranty since it was brand new. He helped us with a temporary fix to allow us to have water in the house but shut off the leak source. JR called an emergency flood restoration service for us who came out immediately. JR advised us on procedures for dealing with home insurance. He was excellent - could not have asked for better service. I hope we don't have a need for a plumber again but if we do we will request JR!

It is hard to find professional who really care about solving your problem and doing it right. Over a year in a half I had my entire house re-piped and two-bathroom remodel. Although Simon did not do the plumbing (he should have) he helped me track down a hammer problem in my pipes where root problem was in my master bathroom. The repiping specialist came out and determine it was not the pipes. The contractor came out and said it was a pressure issue. I was left with hiring Simon to track down the problem and fix it. Simon told us it could be cause by several things. He had us run some test and then recommended a water pressure gage. After replacing the water pressure regulator and fixing rotted out water system valves the problem was not fixed. I was truly worried; I was on my own. The next day Simon called me and told him he would come buy and run more test. He methodically went through different things that could be the issue. He started with the faucets in the bathroom and finally found out that I had a bad valve in the shower handle temperature control that was not even a year old. He replaced the part and I have no more knocking in my pipes. He only charged me for the part because he said it was more important to solve the problem. I really appreciate him taking the time and helping solve my problems. I now can get all my holes from repiping repasted and get back to a normal life after 1-1/2 of updates!!! Thank you so much Simon!!!
