Jack from Maloney Plumbing is absolutely great. I recently used him to adjust my water softener. He knew what to do. My husband and I just moved into a new house we had built. The builder's plumber was terrible. Jack fixed all of the things they did incorrectly. I preferred calling him and paying for these repairs rather than having people in my home who don't do things correctly. I will continue to use Jack at Maloney Plumbing because he's knowledgeable, neat and a nice guy.

Eddy was on time and courteous. He took care of the problem with my kitchen faucet sprayer that had ceased spraying. It needed a diverter which we had, but couldn’t figure out where to put! And he was on it. Took care of the problem and got my upstairs toilet running again by replacing the valve. Excellent work couldn’t be happier.

While trying to replace a leaking shower valve, the valve broke off and got wedged into the pipe. Called Accent after a friend’s recommendation. Our plumber Tony arrived about two hours early, worked on getting the stuck valve out - it took some patience and strength! Finally got it out, found a replacement in his truck, and thinks are as good as new. Thanks!

Very friendly, on time, super knowledgeable, no b.s. straight up honesty, hot water heater stopped working and came out quickly!! I thought it could be the element or igniter but I simply didn't hit the reset button. Didn't charge me for the visit. Even video my pipe lines for free! Shawn Shea was able to diagnose the issue with my iFilter, just by my description to the CSR when I made the appointment for someone to come out. He walked right over to the Halo and noticed a clip had worked it's way out and also noticed the regeneration line needed to be adjusted and that the person who had previously installed it, (from a now defunct company) probably stripped a nut and used a part that doesn't come with the unit. Shawn said he installs 3 or 4 of these units a week and his knowledge of the Halo system made feel comfortable with his assessment of the issue. It's not leaking now and he is going to order the replacement parts I need. Hopefully, Halo honors my warranty, I'm 6 years into a 10 year warranty. The original plumbing company that installed it, was purchased by this company.

After being out of town for the day, I came home and went out to the mailbox to get the mail. As I'm walking back to the house I notice some water leaking out of the ground. I dug down a bit thinking it was an irrigation issue, turned off the water to the irrigation valves and it was still leaking. I Googled plumbers near me and found Simon's with a 5 star rating. I called and they were out on a Sunday within 2 hours. The diagnosis was the water main coming into the house from the street had sprung a leak (our home is 40 years old). He said he could fix it, but it would only be a band-aid and would like spring a leak again due the age of the installed piping and would 1/3 of the price to replace the entire line. He gave me some sage advice to make sure we had water for all the 'essentials' for the rest of the day and the following day and to turn off the water to the house and only turn it back on if we needed to. We both took quick showers, filled up some buckets and turned the water off. He said they'd be back in the morning at 0800 to start the work. I didn't hear anything so went outside at 0830 and they were peeling back the rock and starting to dig. By 1400, the water was back on and by 1730, they had backfilled the almost 4' deep trench and were gone. Other than the rock being slightly off color being mixed with some of the dirt (which will go away with some rain... someday). You'd never know they were here. I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness, work ethic, quality of work, and price. They were all very nice and thorough and will be my go to plumber in the future. Simon and team, you are plumbing rock stars in my book.
