Diamondback Mechanical & Plumbing has been our go-to HVAC & plumbing service since we moved here over a decade ago. Their dispatch and service techs are very knowledgable, friendly, and professional.

My plumber retired so I was looking for a new plumber for my house and rental properties. Someone suggested Moon Valley Plumbing. I contacted them and they sent out a technician for a faucet installation. He also said I need a new valve. So he proceeded with the work. He was onsite 45 minutes changed out my faucet but did not replace the valve. My bill was over $300.00. Which is about $200.00 to high. I called to speak with the owner, but never received a call back. Will not use Moon Valley Plumbing again.

We had a terrific experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. We started our Sunday morning with water leaking out from under the toilet during a shower. The company sent someone out same day which is not typically on weekends. Kory was very professional and explained everything he was doing clearly. They were not able to determine the exact cause of the leaking on Sunday but were extremely quick to set up an appointment with a camera to see clearly what was going on in less than 24 hours. The manager, Jessie, was the one who came and he was extremely friendly and professional. I was able to see the camera and he made sure we were able to use showers before he left. Overall it made a very stressful experience one that was manageable and we will definitely be using the company again.

I am updating this review because Parkers reached out to me after I was unhappy with the service and they were fast and very understanding. They came to check my AC/Heating unit again and they offer to fix it. I am very happy the way they handled the situation. Oh and they have a great monthly membership where you have great perks and discounts.

Recommended to me by a trusted friend when the water heater leaked out all over the garage. I called at noon expecting an appointment in the future but Franz showed up within a couple of hours and had a new water heater installed by 6:30. Can’t recommend them enough.

A. O. Smith water heater control box/thermostat died on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. AO Smith Co. recommended deer valley as installer. I called them about replacing the control.



The office staff worked me into the afternoon schedule. Joe sent me a text telling me when he would arrive and photo ID to identify him.



He arrived on time. He went right to work and changed out the control box. He finished the job in about a half hour. He completely cleaned up the work site. He was pleasant and congenial and put up with all my questions.



The fee was fair and reasonable. We had hot water for Thanksgiving, enough said.



I was impressed with whole response! Office and tech were spot on. I would use them again for sure.

Did a job at our house a while back ($2,200) and bleeped up leaving a lot of sand in our system (just didn't clean the pipes properly before reconnecting), cloaking a few faucets (you can actually hear the sand in the valves).



Came in yesterday (after 5 months!) and agreed to solve it today, but simply didn't show up. Calls not answered. Not going to wait for the standard "we had an emergency"-excuse, and find someone else.



In the end, "companies" like these will always help themselves out of business... Natural selection...

I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.
