Water was backing up all through the house, we reached out to Custom Plumbing for help, they dispatched a technician right away, Joe showed up promptly and was very professional at figuring out what the issue was, he sat with us and explained what was happening along with what needed to be done, although we had to have our main drain replaced Joe and Custom Plumbing were there to help us through, we highly recommend them to everyone.

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

Men came out, after several "experts"had told me where to look for drain cleanouts in front yard that were not visible. Mark was experienced, knew he would find them and he did. Not going to give out his secretes. If I EVER have a plumbing problem Rooter Hero is my first call.

Clogged toilets and shower.

These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy. Truth is, I always switched plumbers due to bad experiences, finally I have a plumbing company that actually helps you and does the job. As a woman dealing with contractors you normally figure they are going to BS you - not these guys they actually help you. And go out of their way to get the job done affordably. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation easy

I'm glad he came out early, but I should not have had to make the 2nd call. It could've been corrected the first time.

The toilet had a small leak, but didn't show itself on the first visit. The technician who came the first time couldn't make it leak, and did notice that the flapper MIGHT need to be replaced... I know enough that if it's worn, it's not sealing well enough. I hope to see that replacement will reflect in my water bill next billing.
