Very stressful company to deal with. Had an appointment for them to checkout a couple leaks in our house. They were scheduled to come between 12pm-3pm (reported to call 30-40 minutes before arrival). At 2:45 had to call the company to see why they hadn't arrived or called. Come to found out, our house supposedly wasn't scheduled. They then scheduled us for the same day but between 3pm-5pm (pushed our appointment to next alotted time). Come 4:45pm, no one had called or showed up. I called the company AGAIN. A man answered & reported that someone will be at our house around 5:30pm. Come 6:15 pm no one had arrived or called. I call the company AGAIN and a lady basically informed me that she was unsure of where "Corey" was and if he will be coming to our house. Around 6:45 we got a call from a guy "Corey" asking if they can come the next day because something came up and couldn't make it the day we scheduled. So, scheduled for the next day. Around 7:30pm (45 mins later) another guy calls to say he is 45 minutes from our house and will be there shortly. The out come of it, two different guys showed up around 8:30pm (neither one of them Corey) to look at our leaks. (8 to 5.5 hours later than scheduled time) Mind you, every time you call the company, someone else answers because its a "call center" that takes their calls and does scheduling. The guys that came to look at the leaks were very nice (which is why I gave 2 stars because they saved them a star) but this company is very unprofessional and not reliable with their scheduled times!

Daniel helped us understand our problem with an external gas line. He was clear in his explanation. You get what you pay for.

$80 service fee to come to our home + $1000 estimate to clear 4 drains that were running slow. We have been customers for years but costs are getting out of control compared with other mechanical & plumbing contractors in the area. Several other reputable contractors are more than willing to snake a drain for less than $100 per sink. I expected better service and pricing for customers that have spent upwards of $20k with Parker over the past few years.

I have been working with Apache Plumbing and Dorothy for several years and they are always my first choice when it comes to plumbing issues and repairs. I manage 100+ units and they are my go to plumber! They are very responsive, professional and they schedule quickly.

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00. He said no clean out line, no service. I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his sh__ __!

Noticed my 30 year old Water Heater was leaking and saw major rust around the bottom of the unit. Called NXTLVL they were able to schedule me same day, Alex was at my house in less than 2 hours. Got a great quote, new Water Heater was installed in a couple of hours. Everything was explained and Alex cleaned everything up. Isaac and Dale were the servicemen sent out to our place. They were both very professional, friendly, punctual and thorough throughout the entire process and all of the work being done at our home. Isaac made sure that we understood everything that him and Dale would be doing step by step, even bought some pizza for everyone when they had to stay and work a lil late.
