Our landlord had Moon Valley Plumbing come out and replace the faucets and shower heads in our condo. Mark did a beautiful job. He also took precautions, covering his shoes and wore a mask the whole time he we was here. He worked steadily for hours.

I came home late to a flood in my home. I called Custom Plumbing, over the phone they helped me figure out how to shut my water off, then they came out within an hour (after midnight) and repaired the leak. I can’t remember the plumbers name but he went above and beyond. Turns out my water pressure was 96psi which may have caused my old pipes to break, he installed a pressure regulator so now I don’t have to worry about the city water pressure breaking my pipes anymore! When I can afford it I’m going to have Custom Plumbing repipe my home, I’ll never use another plumbing company!

We had a refrigerator emergency and for a family of 8 we definitely needed to figure out why it wasn't working correctly asap! After a couple calls, Wyman plumbing and mechanical came out the same day. George made the arrangements and Robert our technician was able to diagnose our problem. Although we chose to purchase a new refrigerator after getting the final diagnosis (economically made more sense) we still appreciated the efficiency, professionalism, and honesty for the services rendered. I've saved Wyman plumbing and mechanical to my contacts for future calls. Thank you for helping us out!

We had an emergency in the middle of the night. Benjamin Franklin was there for us in our time of need and came at 315am to take care of us! They also put us in contact with a recovery team to handle the clean up and recovery. Thank you!

Josh came to our home Dec 24, 2022 and replaced the valves under the kitchen sink. He did a first rate job. He talked with me, giving me ideas about two other plumbing challenges I was having, but did not make me feel pressured at all. Just full of good information, which I appreciated! He is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him to others, and call on him again when we need plumbing help!

Jared arrived at my home on August 5th to respond to a service call regarding a leak in my front yard. He arrived on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable, and gave my husband and I options for our situation. Since the job required digging on the property, Jared explained that he would not be able to start work that day because Blue Stake is required to come out and mark the utilities prior to job start. My husband and I agreed that work would start on Monday, August 8th at 8:00 am, provided Blue Stake had marked the property. Jared left and ELM Services arrived shortly thereafter to mark the property’s utilities.



Jared and his Apprentice arrived at exactly 8:00 am on Monday, August 8th and got right to work. They worked very well together and were able to resolve the issue with the main water line leak. Again, Jared and his Apprentice conducted themselves in a very professional manner the entire day. My husband and I checked on them several times throughout the day, as it was very hot and humid. We were very pleased with the work and with the care and consideration that Jared and his Apprentice took in restoring our property back to its original state.



On August 17th, Jared visited our home once again to conduct a whole home inspection. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and was able to provide information and resolutions for our particular needs in a clear and concise manner.



Jared Wo is a very well-rounded, articulate, professional, knowledgeable young man and should be recognized as such. Deer Valley Plumbing is very fortunate to have a person of his caliber on the team and I would like to ensure that he, as well as his Apprentice, receive this recognition.

Champion sent Andrew to look at a plumbing issue for us. He found a large problem -- pipe under ground had broken. He had his supervisor come over to check it out as well. Jason and Andrew showed me, via their pipe camera, that the pipe had indeed failed. My house is 60 years old , so repairs were not a complete surprise...but never easy to hear.

Andrew had to dig, dig, dig! He worked diligently to fix the problem.

Andrew did an excellent job of accessing the situation, thinking of the game plan, and implementing it with success.

our technician jake was professional, helpful, positive and had a good sense of humor (he joked about how he's super tall and has to squish into the tiny space under a sink when he installs them!) we had a wonderful experience.

Mr. Asa and his well trained team were punctual and professional. Prices were fair and the quality of work was fantastic.

It was an emergency and, although it being after 5 pm, Barney, from Rooter Ranger assisted us, even offering us a discount that they had available. Excellent service and their phone number is in our roaster for a future, that we are not looking for, but happy to have it on hand.
