Our technician, Anthony, was very efficient and thorough. He replaced all of our toilets’ gate valves with 1/4” angle stops lickety split. Then he replaced our leaking wax ring under our master bath toilet. He was quick with the shop vac to suck up the microbiology experiment going on under there. Yuck. He even eliminated the little flies who tried to escape from their biosphere like it was regular old business. No leaks now. And all cleaned up. Worth the money.

They pressure tested my home for leaks and found that my pool autofill was causing more water usage than anticipated. I was relieved it wasnt a issue within the house. The tech was informative and helpful and answered all of my questions.

Remington with Deer Valley Plumbing really went the extra mile for me! I tried my best average joe repair but to no avail. This is where these guys stepped up and got everything fixed at a low cost and taking my existing structures in mind. They don’t oversell, tell you to get something new, they just perform the repair work. Very satisfied!

I spoke to a couple of companies to obtain quotes for a pipe replacement and this one was the most responsive, best priced, and most importantly willing to fix any issues that came up, even after I already gave them the job and paid my deposit. For example, after completing the job, there was still some standing water in the kitchen sink. They agreed to dispatch a tech to get that fixed even though it was technically "a separate issue" from the pipe replacement. I also appreciated the fact that they had someone available to speak with me over the phone on my schedule (even late at night). I definitely recommend that you consider this company for your plumbing project!

I booked with them and waited all week for an appointment. I called them on the day of the appointment asking when they would be here. They called me at noon to let me know they can’t come, offering to refer me to someone else. Absolutely unacceptable to cancel on the day, after the stated appointment time, after waiting all week for this appointment. They obviously have too much work to care. I could have had the issue fixed if I had gone with someone else.
