John found there was an object stuck in the line and made helpful recommendations regarding other plumbing concerns in our home. Pricing was extremely reasonable. My mother in law had the electrician came to her house because a breaker was malfunctioning. The electrician stated she needed a breaker box/panel at the price of $8,000. Based on this she gave a $3000 deposit. I suggested she get a few other opinions and all 3 opinions stated it was absolutely not necessary. This electrician proceeded to continue to “hard sell” her on the needed panel after she said she was canceling. His persistence became so bad that I was brought in, on a merged call, to tell him that the work was not going to be completed. My mother in law is recently widowed. The electrician was aware of this and this was absolutely predatory on Parker and Sons. She has been FIGHTING for her refund for over a month and getting the same run around that it’s being “processed”. DO NOT give this company any deposits and get additional opinions for any work these people suggest. They can debit $3000 instantly, but they take months to refund…still waiting for that refund.
