My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

What started from a drain clog ended up being a replacement of my entire sewer as it was corroded. Although it was unexpected the entire crew that worked on the entire job were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable with any concerns or questions I had.

We contacted Hero Home Services and Bertin was able to come in less than 30 minutes from calling and fix the issue. He was really fast and efficient in his work. Your service rep, Ben Aguilar, was awesome! He was on time and fix our water softener problem in no time at all. We needed two new connector cables installed and Ben had them soldered on in twenty minutes. And then, he stayed to make sure the softener was started up and running properly. A true professional...really knew his stuff...and, did I mentioned, it was Sunday! And no extra charge for Sunday...and no charge for the trip out! Would definitely use Reddi Services again. This company was scheduled to pump the septic and do a septic inspection so we could close on our new home. They did show up and pump the septic but said they couldn't do the inspection until 13 days later! This was 2 days before our closing. Now we are stuck paying for 2 weeks additional rent and trying to find someone else who can complete the job this company couldn't. Now, because they scheduled it wrong, we have to contact our movers, all utility companies, the internet installation, plumbers, electricians, and flooring company. I will definitely remember this company's name!

Sunday afternoon, I had an emergency where both of our two toilets were not draining. I found Rooter Ranger, gave them a call and within an hour and a half, Jordan and Oscar were at my house. I already had the toilet pulled so they tried power snaking through the toilet flange first, then the roof vent, both to no avail.Jordan convinced me that putting a camera in the line was necessary to see what was going on. I agreed and he showed me that there was a mass of plant roots where the two toilet drains meet. Turns out I was going to have to dig up the concrete and dirt under the guest toilet to fix this.I did the demo and digging myself, exposed the drain pipe underneath the floor then Oscar came back Tuesday afternoon. It turned out that there was still too much concrete covering the fitting between the two toilets, so at first we all thought that there was going to be a lot more work and money (and time) before this could be fixed. Thanks to some quick thinking by Jordan and Oscar, that crisis was averted and together we were able to get the drain pipe loose and pull the roots out. Oscar glued the pipe back on and we finally had a working master toilet again!As of the time of this review, I'm waiting for the new concrete to dry so I can get the tile replaced and guest toilet put back on, but without Jordan and Oscar at Rooter Ranger, I don't know what I would've done! The pricing was more than fair too! Thanks guys, I will use Rooter Ranger for any plumbing i need done from here on out.

Option One Plumbing saved the day. I made the mistake of putting very large amount of cooked rice down disposal on Superbowl Sunday making essentially rice pudy in my main line. Because they were so close to my house I first called ProSkill plumbing however they were unavailable but recommended Option One plumbing. Option One Plumbing was able to work me in the same morning, arrived very close to their time window estimated. To my skeptical surprise the $49.50 price was not a starting point price like most companies it was the actual to the penny price i paid. Their plumber Alvaro was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and within 15 minutes had the clog cleared. Alvaro stayed to make sure drains from whole house worked. I try to always give kudos along with not so good reviews since it seems to be the best way to figure out who will give me good service. Hope this helps the next person.

Plumbers were courteous. Since the first post I found several mistakes 3 flanges either to far from wall to low or to high, vent not hooked up. They ruined two floors and got the whole house filthy and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes without extreme pressure from me. Except for the ruined floors and all the dust/dirt throughout the house. They tried to use short cuts in fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers are good attitudes. Management at Mr rooter is terrible. Mr. Rooter did not step up with all they ruined and tore apart from their mistakes. Mark tryed to put the blame on bad vent and said even though they cut it if it was broken/cracked it wasn't their fault. When it came to a vent not hooked up he left and called back to finally admit it was their mistake. It fixing the vent pipe set the flang at 14 inch rough in wasn't the correct height had to be jack hammered out 3 times and still got it wrong. Put 4 holes in bedroom wall and 2 in bathroom to find leak when all but him said the leak was under stool and tub area. Even it was all on them they never said they would fix what they tore apart. When they get a good review they acknowledge it but never get back to the ones with problems. Poor management on their part. Would not recommend them to do your plumbing. Donnie was not up front on his dealings with the customers.

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
