We have used Parker and Sons for our AC needs and now our plumbing needs. We came home from vacation to find a main water line pipe burst in our attic. Our office was completely flooded. We called Parker and Sons and they were at our home within three hours (on a Saturday). Gennero was our plumber and he was awesome! He not only diagnosed the issue but he also guided us on what our next steps were. He had a company come out to start drying up everything and fixed the pipe that night! We will never use another company. Parker and Sons is definitely the way to go.

They sent Cameron for the job. He ordered the parts under a manufactures warranty I had no idea I even had. He was professional and personable and did a great job in a timely manner. Much appreciation!!

WEIRDEST experience ever. This company set an appointment, no call/no showed, then blocked us and ghosted us with no explanation. Now, as you can see in their comment below, they are DISHONEST too.... This is the last thing anyone wants from a handyman invited into their home. I'd avoid All Hours Plumbing at ALL COSTS.

**Update in response to the business' comment below: That is a blatant lie. We never refused to pay you for your time. On Sunday your tech recommended the temporary fix and when we called later that night to say the temporary fix didn't work, we set an appt for 10am the following day to pay an addtl $400 for the permanent fix. The tech texted us back and forth to confirm the appt then never showed. To block our phone numbers with no explanation and now lie to make yourselves look good is even more concerning. Updating this review to reflect the dishonest and sketchy business practices.

We called All Hours Plumbing this past Sunday when our washing machine began leaking to the first floor. They sent a guy out, put a temporary fix on the drain, then set an appointment to come back the next day (Monday) at 10am to finish the job. They gave us a price quote and everything. Well, 10am Monday comes and goes, and by 11am we're calling to ask where they are. Funny enough, both the technician and the main business line blocked our phone number. We call on our work phone and get right through to an admin named Ashley. She has no explanation for us, promises to call with an update, and doesn't. We call back and she tells us we need to find another plumber.

Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.

I have always relied on Chad and his business (rapid rooter)for all of my family's plumbing needs for over a decade and beyond. He's fair, honest and trustworthy and believe me that's a trait almost impossible to find in this day and age. I have referred him too many times to count. Keep up the good work Chad!

Paradise Valley Plumbing came out to re-hook up our new cast iron sink, faucet, new garbage disposal and dishwasher. He installed two angle stops and looped our dishwasher hose. Also they installed a new ptrap and drain fittings. He was prompt and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and efficient plumber. We will be calling them out again when we remodel both of our bathrooms. Thank you very much for the great service.

I had sewage coming up from my master bathroom toilet and shower. Then my second bathroom starting acting up. I attempted to call my home warranty after waiting on hold for about an hour and a half I decided to end the call. From there I called Charity Plumbing and talked with the owner Jim. Within the hour Bill showed up and I explained the situation. He ended up going onto my roof and snaking the main pipe. They were beyond professional from start to end. I’m going to be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I have never heard your “jingle”, but how much worse could it be than what you’re currently broadcasting?!
If you were next door to me and my house was flooding, I would not call you.
I have a back ground in advertising; I can say to you that EVERYTHING is wrong!
You don’t have to have a jingle to create a successful message.
Website? Phone number? Areas served? How long in business? Services/specialty offers? What makes you different?
Other than possibly the most irritating radio spots EVER!

The tech came earlier than expected (they called to let me know), gave us a reasonable quote, and went in his way (we said we have to think about it). I’ve dealt with them before— little things like the outdoor faucet leaking and big things like the slab leak 7 years ago— and they’re always on time, reasonable and they do good work. The other guys can advertise all they want but I’m sticking with Donley.

I was very pleased with my new home orientation with Kyle. He explained everything perfectly, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I'm glad that the company hires U.S. Army veterans also.
