Carter spent all day in the June heat digging down to my sewer line to replace a broken section. He was thoughtful enough to remove squares of sod first, which were replaced later to keep my lawn in good shape instead of leaving a large patch of dirt! From the first time he arrived, Carter was extremely helpful discussing the problem with me and the options I had for repair. He was very thorough and patiently answered many questions. He immediately shared camera results, estimates, and invoices with me by email. When the repairs were completed, he followed up with the camera again to be sure it was working properly before calling the job finished. Carter is very kind, caring, and professional, and takes pride in his work. I am very grateful to have had him completing my repairs! The company is very professional, with friendly, helpful ladies answering calls. I will definitely recommend this company to others in need of plumbing services, as well as Carter in particular.

Our air conditioner broke on a Sunday when our daughter and grandson were visiting from Boston. They are not used to hot weather. I called quite a few air-conditioning companies. Some didn’t answer the phone, some couldn’t come until the next day because they don’t work on weekends. Only Lincoln Air and Plumbing could send someone out that day! Daniel arrived and check things out but needed to come back the next day because he needed to review the system with the manufacturer. I have environmental illness and cannot tolerate scented products and the next day he arrived wearing nothing scented! He figured out how to get our air conditioner working without the part that was needed as a temporary fix until he could get the part. When he returned with the part he remembered to once again not wear anything scented and I had no reactions! He went above and beyond for us and I recommend Daniel and his company to everyone.

We had a leak in our water heater. Ace home service was the only one that would come out same day. Only issue we had was they picked up an electric water heater and not gas. Delayed install about an hour or so. Tyree was a very nice young man’s and very professional.

Our electrician, Tim, was great. He was professional and kind and took the time to review everything with us in detail so we understood the electrical issues we were facing and why we needed to get it fixed. He was careful with our things and made sure to review all our options with us. We would love to have him back if we have additional electrical needs.

They serviced our reverse-osmosis unit and also our water softener. Great communication from the company. The tech (Sam) was on time, professional, and very detailed about his work. Highly recommend!

Sam came to service the RO water system and he went above and beyond helping me understand some of my homes water treatment features and even inspected another potential issue with a shower. The most professional tech I have dealt with in a long time.
