Best Residential Treatment in Phoenix AZ

Damon came out & installed a tankless water heater. I couldn’t believe how fast my water was hot. He was very personable & answered all my questions. We will be using Robins Plumbing for all our plumbing services.

I had a little issue the first go around. On the next visit, everything was completed without additional charge. the technician explained what he was doing at what my options were. I even learned a few things.

We use Moon Valley Plumbing for ALL our home plumbing issues. They are the absolute best and we wouldnt trust any other company. Every tech that has come has been on time, knowledgeable and fixs the issue. They explain everything they are doing .Today Cole Russell came to work on our clogged sink. He did and Amazing job!! His customer service is the BEST. Thank you!

I'm only allowed 5 stars when rating this company -- but I'd give more if I could. When a plumbing company claims it has "24/7 emergency service," the question is, "But can you deliver?" I needed a kitchen sink unclogged on an early Sunday morning. Out of the three companies I called, one couldn't respond until noon Monday; the second never called back; and Wyman was here in 2-1/2 hrs. Great people. Great work. Couldn't be more pleased.

STAY AWAY. Honestly could have burned the house down. Was called to redo the water supply line to the house. The plumber came out and while he was doing the work started a fire on the side of the house and made a huge hole in the side of the house because of the fire. Offered to take $50 off the bill for repairing the side of the house, are you kidding me. Wow! Should have done the work for free and paid to repair the damage. That shows no accountability and talk about sweeping it under the rug. What if he didnt catch it in time, the house is on fire. He is NOT a fireman, so how he can he tell he completely put it out. The only reason he got away with it is because we weren't home and had a friend over to deal with the plumber while we were out. So, I call corporate to talk to the manager, of course he isn't in. I leave a message to call back, and has he? It's been weeks with no call. Guess I'll either take the to the ROC or court.

My crew was simply amazing. They arrived earlier than scheduled and stayed late until everything was copacetic. Everyone, Saul, Benoit, Roberto and Abraham. The reason for 4 stars only is for the office because I had to wait until Monday to get something urgent resolved, but Roberto was able to deliver that day.

This is the second time we used The Aussie Plumber. Both times the servicemen, Franz on the first call & Cameron on the second was friendly, prompt & professional. This is a five star company.

The technician was very professional & explained everything. I definitely will use them again.

Christian was very humble and honest. He unclogged our toilet then took a video of all the lines. He said it is not an emergency but he would recommend relining the pipes. He did not push us or try to upsell us.

We have had a few different plumbing companies come to our house over the years. All of them making us feel like we needed to act immediately then charging us a high dollar for the consultation.

Fixed upstairs toilet and downstairs toilet, the repairs made both toilet like new.

Zoltan the technician was professional and if possible repairing toilets immaculate.

I would not use any other plumbing service..

Edwards Plumbing did a great job fixing our clogged drain. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. I was incredibly impressed with how professional they were. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if we need any plumbing services. Great work!

I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing. My 30+ year old plumbing needed a new rough valve and trim at the bathtub. Paul did an awesome job from cutting through the back wall to getting everything to fit! I found ADP to be a reliable, honest company. I was very pleased with the work and the price. Would definitely use them again.

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!
