Best Residential Service Call in Phoenix AZ

My shower drain and sink were both not draining. I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer and Chris was at my house within 2 hours. Chris did an amazing job, had great customer service, and was able to fix the drain and sink! Five-stars all-around. Thank you Chris!

I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job you need. We have never had a complaint or problem when using them for minor or major plumbing issues. Recently had a problem with leaking from our pipes, so we called Moon Valley Plumbing as always. We were quoted a fair price and the work was done in a timely and professional manner by Alex Crocker. He is always knowledgeable and helps you comes up with solutions that won't break the bank. With people like him working for Moon Valley Plumbing, you will always have that trust and use them for any plumbing needs you may have from prior experiences when dealing with them. My service man was absolutely wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion. He was conscientious and explained the repairs. Plus, he took it upon himself to call the air conditioning manufacture under warranty, and was able to get me the best price.

We called this company, while out of the Country, when our tenants complained of water backing up in their tub and toilets. The technician determined the issue was at the sidewalk where a pipe was crushed due to resent work by Cox Cable. Deer Valley quoted us $14,000 to dig the pipe and repair the break. Not only were we appalled at the estimate we also questioned why they would be willing to repair a pipe that was obviously on city of Phoenix property. We made one phone call to the City and the repair was taken care of the same day at no cost to us. This could have been a very costly mistake had we taken Deer Valley’s advice. I reached out to the owner,Joe Kerlin, prior to placing this review but received no response.

Paul was very courteous and kept me informed. He also found my hot water was on its last leg and replaced it the same day. Paulis a pleasure to work with.

Alan did a great job. Helped stop a leak and replaced a corroded valve behind the fridge on short notice when our new appliance arrived. Was timely and thorough and showed up same day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

I want to thank Danny from Pruitt's Plumbing for the outstanding job he performed repairing our disabled water heater. He was personable, timely, and most importantly, his technical expertise was clearly evident during his maintenance visit. He seems to love what he is doing and it shows through the high quality of his workmanship. In my opinion, he establishes a very high benchmark for the rest of Pruitt's field technicians in terms of performance excellence. Overall, a nice experience with a good company and a great employee.

This company is absolutely the most amazing company I’ve ever worked with. They are dedicated to problem solving and getting the job done. Their customer service went further than any other company I’ve worked with. For example, they replaced half of the piping in my house two years ago and just the other day all my bathrooms and sinks clogged up and filled up. I called the company when everyone else was busy, the owners wife came out to help me resolve the issue herself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for superior service and someone who cares about the customer.

Service I recieved today was above and beyond, best experience I have had with a plumber and he cleaned up the job very well.

On time and quality work at a fair price

So happy I found this company! Robert and his son are the best! I rather support local companies than huge franchise and that why I chose them and it was the best decision I’ve made through this process! We had a slab leak and Robert came out Thursday to locate it and set up the restoration company the same day to get everything going and walked us through the whole process.

The technician spent an hour and a half on a very hot roof. Was very thorough. Thanks Michael,. And you can't beat the cost 49.95 I was pleasantly surprised. The temp that day was 115 and all AC businesses were very busy that day but they still were able to come out in just 2 hours.
