The quality of the work my Diamondback is always excellent. I almost went 4 stars rather than 5, because we had to reschedule twice due to the commercial emergencies the company had. But in the long run, it worked out great and I will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

Called them at 2:30 PM on a Friday and they were able to send out Enrique ( great guy) who replaced my water heater in just hours. Great job, professional, cleaned up the work area & a fair price. Would definitely recommend them.

This company does first rate work and has been doing so for quite a while.Our service tech, Robert was punctual, efficient and thorough for both trips. At the first visit he observed that the chandelier being removed should be palleted and offered to bring one on the next visit.The installation was ultra-smooth. Robert managed to do what I thought should take two men. The surrounding areas were protected by covers and all of the shipping materials were carted off at the end of the job.I was left with a new chandelier configured just the way my wife wanted. Robert was the consummate professional and it was clear that he was well experienced and loved his work.This firm is now my go-to for all matters electrical in this house.

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

Amazing experience!! I moved here from Canada and I had quite extensive experience with plumbers as I used to manage apartments . The experience has been outstanding from beginning to end . They even send a picture of the plumber that will service your property . I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. We had a major back-up, and had to have lines replaced to the kitchen sink and 2 bathrooms. Adam and Ruben were excellent! They answered my multiple questions, cleaned up as they went, and went the extra mile to not have to go through a second bathroom floor. Adam is moving, got a new job out of state, so I am sure the company will miss him. He and Ruben were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Absolutely outstanding response time and customer service. I have never dealt with a more efficient and knowledgeable plumbing service in my life of more than a half century! Our hot water heater began to leak and flooded the garage and seeped into the common wall between the garage and my den. Jeremy from Pruitt Plumbing responded within an hour of the call, Quickly assessed the situation, removed the damaged appliance and looped our water so we would at least have cold water. He called a home restoration company who was also here within an hour and within another hour they had removed the damaged wall, pulled the baseboard inside and rebuilt the pedestal for the heater. They also put 2 fans and a humidifier in each room to dry them out. The very next morning Jeremy was here to install a brand new hot water heater. Thanks Pruitt! John Eastin, Phoenix, AZ

Peerless Plumbing is a FANTASTIC business!! The owners and employees are very friendly and professional. He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

It became apparent that my older home needed some major drainage line/pipe replacement. This was going to be a big project to repair but the team made it as painless as possible throughout the whole experience. Jon was fantastic to work with and really put my mind at ease, being there with me every step of the way. He made himself available 24/7 really to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the whole process. The entire team worked very hard and as fast as they could in order to get my home the repairs it needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured and was also reassured that everything that was done was necessary for the integrity of my home. Sal and Jibran were the techs that came out to repair our plumbing system that had root invasion. They were always here when they said they would be, and they did great work. They were very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We haven't had a plumbing issue since they replaced the pipes.
