Best Residential Plumbing Repairs in Phoenix AZ

We were having a pretty simple stoppage in our kitchen sink. We tried snaking ourselves and we tried vinegar and baking soda but couldn’t get it unclogged. With three kids at home during summer break, we needed it fixed. A friend of mine in Texas is a plumber and recommended Robin’s Plumbing. Grant came over the next day. He was on time, he snakes the drain and explained our pipes are made of galvanized steel. We live in an older neighborhood, so that made sense, and he gave us regular maintenance tips we can do ourselves. He was great and the price was fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone!

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

When the technician was caught up in another job, dispatch called and let me know well in advance so I wasn't just stuck waiting around. The technician was friendly, clean, and did a great job.

Travis helped us out when our water bill went from $150.00 to $550. He found the problems and eliminated the stress that had been building up. I couldn't be happier. Very Professional.

I was extremely impressed with this company. More specifically their technician "Nash" I delt with. The dispatcher was prompt and curtious. Then Nash spent time on the phone with me before coming out to the call to make sure he fully understood the situation and properly advised even before coming out. Upon arrival Nash was knowledgable, professional, efficient and made me comfortable that he was out for my best interest. I will ask for him specifficall and now only use this company for plumbing issues I can not myself fix. If he is a representation of the quality of technicians here I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Scheduled appointment time was 8-10 am. I received a call that they were running late. The tech arrived about noon. The blockage was on the exterior of the house. I showed the Tech the location, and he worked up a price of $395 to run the snake and clear it. I have previously rented snakes from Home Depot and cleared blockages myself. At 72, I do not have the strength to put the large snake in my car. I was horrified at the price. If that information had been given to me when I scheduled the appointment, I would have used another company. I asked about the cost and was only told about the $79 service charge - not the excessive up charge.

They charge $65 to come out and overprice their quotes. They wanted to charge over $650 to install $40 worth of parts on a job that would have taken under 2 hours

Alan was excellent to work with. He was responsive to our request to come out and repaired our shower drain quick and made sure the area was clean when he was done. The following day we had what ended up being an unrelated issue with the toilet by that shower and he came right back out to make sure everything was working. Very professional!

Responsive, courteous and diligent. These guys solved problems others just couldn’t, or wouldn’t, figure out. These guys are great to work from the people in the office to the technician on site, especially Daniel. We will never call another plumber.

Walt provides on time delivery, high quality customer service, with a wonderful attitude. Not only did he complete his job in a timely manner, he took time out of his day to instruct us on how to shut the water off in the case of a leak to prevent flooding. I'm a general contractor and have used Quail Plumbing on several jobs They have set the bar high for their level of service! Definitely operate how a company should with good communication, arriving in a timely manner during the window they provided when setting the appointments, and great overall service with good quality work. I will be using them on future projects and referring to other contractors, friends, and family!
