I had a broken hot water line underneath my concrete slab so they suggested to do a bypass above in the attic. All said and done charge me an outrageous amount of $3200.00 and did"nt even patch all the holes in the drywall. For that amount of money they should have fixed all the holes in the drywall. And naturally home owners insurance did not cover anything.

Fast service. They came the next day to change out my RO water filter. The tech explained everything and even did a courtesy water softener check. I’ve always had good experiences with this company and all the techs they send out.

I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this won't happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didn't have to relocate. I will be keeping them in my contacts and call them if I ever need their help again. I highly recommend Springs Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness. A real life saver, after dealing with another company through my home warranty company (and after being completely misled and ripped off) I was routed to these guys. This is my second time dealing with this company (the first was for a washing machine hookup repair) and I can say the experience was great! Top notch customer support. Ken went above and beyond to repair the clog in the main line. Even after he told us we needed to get the town to come find our sewage port, he came back that same day and tried again with a larger snake, it did the trick and the clog was gone. Unfortunately the reason for the clog was found out to not be covered under warranty, but nonetheless, Pruitt's was fantastic with their service! (Still gonna have the town come out and find that port! Thanks for letting us know that the town provides that service free of charge!)

After using 3 other plumbing companies over the past year and still ending up with the same tub leak after a few months, I decided I wanted to go with a smaller company. Aaron got the job done and I am confident I won't have the same problems again. He also found the main shut off was leaking and repaired that as well.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

The staff, Crystal, worked with me to solve my electrical problem quickly by sending Gabriel within an hour today. One of my electrical sockets had sparked and caught fire. It also cut all my important lights throughout the whole house. The breaker box outside had shut down all. My husband has a pacemaker and the recording machine also was shut down. Within another 45 minutes, Gabriel solved and fixed all problems; power restored. My husband is also a 100% Viet Nam combat veteran. My angel calculated the bill which included a veteran discount. This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.
