I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. I worked with Moon Valley Plumbing (Service Tech: Alex Crocker) on two occasions. Emergency plumbing issues are never our best moments. Emotions are running high and fear is looming. Moon Valley was the assigned company via City of Phoenix Warranty services. From the scheduling person to the follow person and everyone in between; I would recommend Moon Valley. I have a home warranty and am familiar with the process of assigned warranty business. I am aware that they don't net as much revenue and therefore don't be shocked if you don't get above and beyond service. Moon Valley Plumbing treated me and my family like we were customers for life. From the immediate scheduling (entered the request before 8am), to realistic time setting, expectation setting, meeting/exceeding expectations, personable, friendly, information providing and solution based professionals they make plumbing trauma an almost enjoyable experience. Being in the service industry; when people can make a tough situation not so tough; to the point that you are almost glad that it happened because you learned something and dealt with kind, professional people...THAT IS A FIVE STAR organization!

Derek was the technician that Benjamin Franklin plumbing sent to our house for an end of warranty inspection. He was awesome. He made the experience feel like we called a friend over to come check out our plumbing. He taught me how to flush my water heater and answered all my questions about our plumbing and went over safety. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing and when you do call them ask them to send Derek you'll see what I mean.

Our electrician, Tim, was great. He was professional and kind and took the time to review everything with us in detail so we understood the electrical issues we were facing and why we needed to get it fixed. He was careful with our things and made sure to review all our options with us. We would love to have him back if we have additional electrical needs.

We needed an emergency service for a clogged drain line (toilet overflowing) and Alan was very responsive, timely and professional throughout the entire process. Very much appreciate him and at a reasonable price as well!

Upon arriving at my residence, Technician seemed more anxious in setting me up with mold remediation company that same day. I'm sure there is a hefty kickback for setting up (more than their discounted service call. I ended up having to contract another reputable company to complete work after running a camera down the clogged line and showing me everything. Beware!

They come out for a $79 service fee, way over quote for the repair, know that nobody will pay that kind of money, and then still charge the $79 service Fee. Scam artists!! I would not use or recommend this company!!

Service was good and scheduling and appointment was easy. Staff was courteous. Wanted 2 water hose bibs switched out and 2 bathroom faucets installed. Already had the faucets. If you are on a budget this is not the place to contract. Their prices are up there with some of the bigger plumber chains. Ended up with a quote for a little over 1k to install 2 bathroom faucets. Decided to contract them for the 2 hose bibs because they were already there and had a leak but did pay $500 for this work which was way over what I’m used to paying but I guess these are “pandemic” prices. Probably would not use them again based on their prices.

Used them for the first time. Very happy with their work. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. They were fast, did the job right, reasonable in price and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.
