Everyone at Paradise is fantastic...helped us through a very nervous time when we were selling our house. They were thoughtful, kind, responsible, and available from the first phone calls to the last bit of landscape that was put back in to place. I had heard horror stories of what a septic review can do to a precisely manicured landscape. The team that dug and the team that cleaned were excellent. The other company I called told me that they would have to cut an ironwood tree in half and dig at least a 10 ft wide hole with a large bobcat. Paradise came in with a small bobcat and did a perfect job. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. EVER.

Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. He also wanted to help us by referring us to someone who could see if our walls suffered water damage that could check on it for free. He, and this company will be our new go-to plumbing service!

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. We had a personal issue happen that required us to get our upstairs toilet looked at to make sure it wasnt leaking into the floor.
They were able to get somebody out within the week. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a couple hours he had our toilet fixed with the peace of mind that it wasnt leaking into the floor. Frank also discovered that the shut of valve wasnt working properly and was able to fix that on the same visit.
