I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Parker and Sons is always professional and their workers are always pleasant and happy. We had a quick fix this time with just a switch being bad.
