Same day service, just called for an estimate but they were ready and willing and did the needed work. Tricky work, requiring extra effort, but well done and a very reasonable cost.

Work done on site was excellent, Jerry was pleasant and worked efficiently. My frustration was several incidents of poor communication between office and plumbers doing the service. Potential to be 5 star but until communication improves I give it 3 stars.

I contacted MoonValley plumbing to fix a broken pipe on my grandmothers home that is 60+ years old. They were great to work with from beginning to end. They were able to come out the same day. The plumbers were experienced, they fixed the problem correctly and their charges were very fair and reasonable. If you want rude and disrespectful people coming to your home then pick these people. Said he would give a discount for cash and need half upfront, Then said he needed to go get some parts. 3 Hours later they show up high on drugs, and they never fixed the problem. They had to come back the next day to finish. Then when they completed the work the price had gone up $100.

They sent Cameron for the job. He ordered the parts under a manufactures warranty I had no idea I even had. He was professional and personable and did a great job in a timely manner. Much appreciation!!

I was really happy with the response. Time from the time I Called Deer Valley Plumbing. Zane was great. He explained everything to me in full when he came out. End I was blessed Zane and his crew was able to start the next day. They have the job completed in 2 days. Really happy have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I’ll never use this company again. I had them replace my garbage disposal. First time they came it wasn’t installed right. Second time they forgot to remove the plug that goes to the dish washer and I ended up lightly flooding my kitchen. 6 months later it stopped working. I called them to check it out possibly replace it and I was told “ it’s not under warranty anymore and I would have to pay for a brand new one”. Save your money and find someone else

Anthony is a very hard worker and very conciousness about the quality of of getting the job done right. Anthony's Plumbing was also the best priced service around.
