I am so thankful for the quick response of Maloney Plumbing....there is no worse feeling then walking into the garage to see it flooded with water from the water heater.....They came out so fast and Robert was so helpful and pleasant and got it changed out while dealing with the horrible heat in the garage. I will not call anyone else in the future for my plumbing needs...

They were very professional, came out on President's Day! I thought it was the hot water heater but turned out to be hot water pipe! They have reasonable rates, found the problem and got work done quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

He was professional and friendly and his work quality was suberb. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. I had a Delta faucet become corroded and loose. Pruitt's was sent out by my HW company. They said that it needed to be replaced, and followed up with me several times over several months as Delta dragged their feet and send out mounting brackets etc. to avoid sending a faucet. Pruitt's was always patient and kind, were prompt to all of our appointments, and gave great service. I also had them replace a water heater, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

I'm a general contractor and have used Quail Plumbing on several jobs They have set the bar high for their level of service! Definitely operate how a company should with good communication, arriving in a timely manner during the window they provided when setting the appointments, and great overall service with good quality work. I will be using them on future projects and referring to other contractors, friends, and family!

Its been over a year that James came and and redid all our plumbing in the whole house and there has not been a single issue since. Not to mention my monthly water bill has dropped because of his work. The only plumber I will ever use and i HIGHLY suggest using him!

In all my home-owning years (45 yrs) I have employed many plumbers for a variety problems. Pavel/Paul, is now at the top of my list. I called him based on the recommendation of my neighbor and In couldn't be happier with the cost and quality of his work. Pavel identified and fixed a leak in my kitchen drain that was probably there since a remodel in 2005 and was leaking under an outside wall. Solution - replace drain pipe and move drain clean-out to an outside wall.

Chewy and Robert are absolutely amazing. The staff in the office are very knowledgeable and patient with you. Great company I call them for all of my AC and plumbing needs

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

Hays called to conduct a check up visit on my recently installed Trane XV18. Jerry came and looked things over and took the time to explain some things to me, even in the heat of the day. Thanks Jerry, appreciate that. I'm happy with my Hays purchase and the care after the sale.
