This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

The tech (Sorry I did not get his name) Came out he was right on time we did not know where the pump out was located . He spent quite a bit of time finding it and digging for it. He was able to unclog the grease that was in the drain pipe . He added a piece of pipe so we could find it easier next time a he did a great job straightening up the landscape that he had to tear up in the process of finding the clean outs and tank.
I was expecting to pay more for the amount of time and work he did.
He was very friendly and he explained what he was doing and he did not do any more work than what was necessary. It sure is nice when you get the service done right the first time.

I got service from them couple years ago and the owner was that one who came out and he tought me about the septic, it was such a educatinal thing that i was so happy i learned! Today 04-28-22 i got an Amazing Service again!! I couldnt be happier to have call them again! Septic Technologies staff from office to field are great! The guys that came out did a Professional and AMAZING job! I would 100 times recommend them to anybody!!

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Called Priority for a septic tank clean out. Got an accurate estimate and clear needs for a smooth clean out process. Keith arrived before our time and I appreciated the texts on his arrival. Keith was efficient, pleasant and very informative on some “do’s and don’t s” with the septic system. Thank you for a dress free septic clean out. Best in the valley.

Mitch, his crews and office staff, were excellent. We had two septic systems installed, and to be honest my family and I are tough customers.
