I give these two lousy plumbers 1 star because there wasn't an option to give them none. I called at 12:30 pm and was given an estimated time of 3 to 4:30pm for a call back when the plumber would be on his way. I got a call at 4:29 pm to say a gentleman with a name of Abby was on his way to my residence, and that he was very friendly and a family oriented person. When the person name Juan came to my door and introduced himself I was a bit surprised but okay. He ask what the problem was and I explained that neither my shower nor bathtub were draining. He went down to the front bathroom looked at it and ask if I had power in the bathroom. When I showed him the outlet that I did have, he shook his head and said no that wont work. I said he could run a cord from the living room. He went out to his truck got the electric snake and ran it down the drain. He was at my home for a total of about 30 minutes and gave me a bill for 85 dollars. He probably didn't say more than 15 words to me and I had to ask him to repeat himself each time, as he did not speak English well, and I don't understand Spanish. If you need a plumber because your shower and tub wont drain save your self some time and money and go to Lowes and rent the snake for 50 dollars for a two hour period and do it yourself. The help there will speak your language and not leave you feeling like you have just been scammed. Also these guys don't like to take credit cards, when ask if they take credit cards he said he would prefer a check, my reply was I prefer a credit card, he had to call and have the card taken over the phone. Before posting my comment I called Joe the owner to let him know that I was posting this review and he said oh thank you, when I told him it wasn't a good review he got defensive in my opinion and made comments like that in my mind the service was not good and he had just received a call about how well Juan had done on the last job before coming to my home, I explained that I was not the only one whom had given him a bad review, and for me, in my mind I was the only one who matter.

Kitchen drain plugged up and 40 minutes after I called a plumber was here to fix it (I called at 5:30pm and he arrived at 6:10pm and had the job finished by 7pm. Cameron was top notch communicator and plumber and we could not be more pleased.

On time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Toilet was leaking and Travis was able to come out same day to diagnose. Once I decided to mover forward with new toilet install Travis was out next day to complete the job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

DON'T GET PULLED IN WITH THE U WIN GUARANTEE. It's just a big run around when you need it. They don't hold true to it . Very confusing. Try other places before your final decision.

Andrew arrived on schedule today November 9, 2018 and was very professional and diligent figuring out why my water heater was not working. He isolated the problem from the fuse box. James was on time, professional, and very pleasant. He got the job done, addressed all my questions and explained the features of the water heater. And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.

Please do yourself a favor. DON'T use this company. They charge you a fortune to do a simple job. The technicians are nothing but rogues. I am serious! You simply can not expect them to get the done as you expect but more frustration!
