I called at 9:40 a.m. on a Friday morning and by 12:40 p.m. I had a new water heater installed. Very fast and efficient. Was not as expensive as I was expecting based on average price range for water heater replacement in Phoenix. My technician was Tom and he wasn't preachy or condescending. He explained the issue, my options and got the job done. It was the ideal home service experience.

Did not complete the job and repair requested -spent 3 hours fixing faucet valve that broke did not work after repairman left - tried to contact and would not guarantee or warranty the work that had been done would not recommend this company

There is a lot to figure out and understand in regards to plumbing in a home above and beyond repairs reaching into maintenance and prevention of plumbing issues that was also provided, along with recommendations for alternative home contracting needs being that I'm new to the area as well. I specifically worked with Wyatt that generated this review.. I Had had two full bathrooms an a.shower re- plumbed with cooper pipe...and the work looks excellent not to mention how clean everthing was when they left the job...I will definitely call again for any of my plumbing needs.

Jack installed the washer and dryer. Recommended using stainless steel water lines and new dryer venting which makes great sense for a long lasting installation. Great representative of a fine service company!!

Franz was absolutely amazing when he came to my home. He noticed a crack in my toilet during an inspection, which could have been disastrous. Then, regardless of the late hour, he went and got me a new toilet, installed it and then changed all my filters and fixed my toilet seat. All in less than two hours. So reliable and same day service. These are my new plumbers for life.

I’m a widow I was crying I was upset I was afraid to use the bathroom and it had overflowed because my sprinkler system ran for five hours without my knowledge and it was a big mess but they handled it so well and I will always use them and recommend him highly

We woke up to a house filled with sewer water. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely professional and gone out of their way to help us. Prices were also the lowest we could find. The restoration company that they recommended has also been top notch. Will definitely be coming back for any future plumbing needs
