We had Devin working on our kitchen sink drainage. He was very professional, working very cleanly and transparently.

Brandon communicated clearly and was a great technician to get this job done while I was not on site.

I own a short term rental property and during a guest stay, the water line to the washing machine failed and water started pouring out onto the floor. This was Jan 2 at 4:30pm and most plumbers were closed for the holiday. I had to get it fixed and the water back on for the guest, or be forced to relocate them to a hotel at my cost. I reached out to Springs Plumbing and they asked for pictures of the problem, agreed to the work, gave me a fair price, and Alan showed up in an hour to work on it. Within 90 minutes the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He replaced both hot and cold feeds so they will be more reliable in the future and this won't happen again. He also cleaned up area and gave me advice on how to manage the wet area going forward. The guests were so happy they didn't have to relocate. I will be keeping them in my contacts and call them if I ever need their help again. I highly recommend Springs Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, quality of work, and cleanliness. This is an extremely dishonest company..A tech came out to evaluate my hot water heater and said it needed to be replaced..They could not replace it with another hot water heater of the same type and the modifications would be a little over $300 and that would be the highest price..I agreed and gave them my cc info..my warranty company said they agreed to the repair and the modifications would be $425 per Pruitt's plumbing..

I called Pruitt's and was told that was the price and when I explained this, they contacted the tech who denied giving me any prices...what!?!?

In addition, I never received a call back from management to discuss this issue...I wonder why?

Stay away from this disgust place...Seek an honest business that knows that fair treatment will gain you future business from not only the client but, referrals..
