I had one of the service techs do an inspection of my water softener and test the water.He did a terrific job and was excellent at explaining things and calibrated some monitoring on the system. Excellent job.I will consult this company again when other plumbing matters occur

I called Robins and they were able to get us on the schedule the next morning without hassle. Damon was able uninstall the old disposal and install a new disposal on our sink with no issue! He was very professional, knowledgeable and timely! We will be using Robins for all of our future plumbing needs!Adding to my review. We recently had a leak in our water main. Such a stressful time! After having someone from a different company give us a quote to fix two toilets for $900, I called Diamondback. They did the job, plus fixed my sink for just over $200. The plumber that came from Diamondback was just plain awesome. He was genuine and told me exactly what was the issue and was shocked when he heard the story about the other company that quoted me. Been having water pressure issues throughout home, called Accent and they came out within a few days so right away. Jim Baker the technician was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with the plumbing. He was also very through and made sure it all my issues with the plumbing were addressed.

Kevin did a good job explaining the issue with the pilot light on the water heater and once could get the right part fixed it and cleaned the unit as well. Good work at fair price.

The tech person, Sebastian, was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient explained things to me. He gave me many options and was not pushy in selling his products at all which made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to starting my water system overhaul very soon!

Last year in the dead heat of summer we had Ethan Cardis as our technician when our AC went out. He was absolutely wonderful getting us up and running again. Today one year later he arrived to do our system maintenance. His services were once again superb. His customer service is outstanding and he is very caring and professional. Had a technician drive out just to tell me it was going to cost me $350 to find out leak in my pipe never said the cost over the phone prior I will not recommend this company cost me a $75 drive out fee. Very deceptive do not use!

Came out same day to provide an estimate for main drain replacement. After other estimates, we will see if they get the job.

He was awesome! He came over and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. It was time sensitive and he was really prompt. I would highly recommend him!

No major backup problems as I had first suspected but rather a number of smaller issues at the individual drains. Worth the service call even tho nothing fixed thank you.

I called Lindsey on a Friday afternoon. One of my crew (err former crew) had used a customers sink to clean his tools. He did a great job clogging it, rather than have an irate customer, I needed to get it fixed FAST.

Lindsey got right on it and had the problem fixed faster than I could get over to look at the damage. Thankful to them for being not only great at their job but also helping ease the customers state of mind.

My hot water tank recirculating pump stopped working so I called Smiley Plumbing and Walt came right away. He said the pump had burned out so he replaced it and tested the system. When I asked him how much he said that the pump was still under warranty and so was the service call. No charge. I have used him for several years now and he has always done a first rate job and stands behind his work. I am always confident that he will do the job right the first time.

It cost me $199.00 to remove one nut to get me kitchen faucet off and I had to help him. That's all he did. Very costly.
