We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Called to have a rejuvenation done on my ac unit before summer. The tech got here and was here for 3 hours and there is nothing wrong with my unit, just wanted a cleaning. The tech was nice, but didnt know it would be a all day thing , be prepared to waste the whole day. Not happy. Plus tech was on phone asking for help, doesn't install confidence in me they know what is going on. UPDATE..now my unit doesn't work. She up there trying to figure what's going. Fantastic.

Rickey was my water heater specialist and he went above and beyond, refusing to leave until my entire issue was resolved. I called for a water heater issue and once that was resolved then a water pressure issue arose causing a new issue for my ultimate goal which was simply to take a hot shower now that the weather is getting colder. Reggie stuck around and tested a few things until he was able to not only provide my house with hot water but also the desired water pressure. I would recommend Rickey and this company to any of my friends or family!!! 10/10 service all around

I called ProSkills Sunday morning when our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air and maintaining temperature. They were at our house within two hours. The company was incredibly professional-‘confirming the appointment and when the technician was in his way via email and text. Louis was a wealth of information. This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
