Truly exceptional plumber: Daryl is a dedicated, highly-trained, and expertly-skilled career professional in the industry. My AC unit stopped working (in 100 degree weather). Fortunately we had met a Parker rep at Home Depot the weekend before our outage so I called her and she set us up with a tech for the very next morning. Nate, our tech, was fantastic. Diagnosed the issue and presented all of the options (repair vs replace). We opted for repair. He discovered an additional broken part that he didn’t have on his truck but tracked it down in town and went to get it. I am thoroughly happy with Parker and will be sharing Nate’s contact info with all of my friends and family when they have AC needs.

I was almost run off of the freeway by an employee. They were driving extremely wreck less. Riding my bumper, chasing me down after I attempted to get away. I called to report this driver and never heard back. I would not have hesitated to sue this company if my daughter and I were hit. I hope this individual has been fired. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and ignorant to do it in a company van with an easily identifiable license plate. I will never use this company.

Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. All of their service specialists are friendly, highly competent and take pride in their work. A few years ago, when I had a new water heater installed, the work that was done on the copper piping was flawless.Recently, I had Jason D come in to do some plumbing work on my condo - he replaced 6 corrugated valves, installed a high air loop, and repaired a toilet. Everything was done perfectly.At the same time, Roger H was doing some work on my electric circuit breaker box which was butchered by the last outfit that installed my air conditioner. Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

After the installation was completed, the installers took the time to explain how to use and maintain the Pure water system. They also made sure that everything was working properly before they left. I appreciated their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
