Scott was so amazing and informative. Thank God I kept calling as other plumbers wanted to rip through my walls. After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I don't have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.

I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. We so appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber company and Troy Greenwood.

Adam from Pruitt Plumbing was on time, professional, and did the job promptly and correctly without any up charges or hassles. I went through my home warranty to replace some faulty angle valves and always cross my fingers when the home warranty company sends out a service provider. But this experience was all good. I would use Adam again from Pruitt plumbing in a heartbeat.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

Technician from Elemental Plumbers ensure that the repair was completed to the highest standard and that the resident was satisfied with the work done. This level of customer service is rare these days and it was refreshing to see a company that truly cares about their customers.

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

We had our A/C unit go out in the summer of 2019. We were under warranty, so the contractor was Chas Roberts per usual. Our first appointment time was a no-show. The second appointment, they replaced the motor, and it went out a day later. The third appointment, they showed up 12 hours later than stated (in the middle of Arizona summer). The next day, woke up to rattling and a loud bang and violent scraping noises. Long story short, they blew out 3 motors, damaged the housing unit, and one technician shocked himself and fell through the drywall. Chas Roberts said they would send someone to fix the damaged drywall, and never did. When installing the last motor, they said the previous technician didn’t secure the motor correctly which resulted in it falling and damaging the housing unit causing sparks that ultimately could’ve resulted in a house fire.After replacing that motor, they refused to replace the housing unit because it was “still functional.” We didn’t think we had any problems after that because we trusted their word. Fast forward to this week, we discovered there was no hot/cold air flowing through the downstairs ducts. We’re no longer under warranty with Chas Roberts, so we hired a trusted company to troubleshoot. What they discovered in the attic was a rats nest of poor wiring, damaged furnace components, a cracked heat exchanger, resulting in a carbon monoxide leak. We just called them to tell them they need to be held accountable, and they said they can do nothing but charge us to come look at it and “give us a deal” on parts. The representative pretty much told us that we were lied to by previous technicians but still did nothing to resolve it. We’re now out $2000+.Chas Roberts has uneducated technicians and poor communication that could result in your home and family in danger. DO NOT work with them if you can help it. They will only do more damage than good. Find a trusted family business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Yelped 5 plumber services and Chris responded the quickest. He diagnose the problem with the limited information I provided and he provided cost estimate in his response (everyone else asked me more questions). On top of that he applied a $50 discount. I was happy with his quote and he sent Larry over with a open window of 12pm -2n. Larry arrives at 11am and is down by 11:30am. There was another a problem with my toilet after Larry’s diagnosis. He gave me an estimate and applied another $50 off for that service. Amazing. This team is all about surprise and delight, professional home service (he wore a boot cover over his boot, too). Strongly recommend Flush King ? for your plumbing needs.

I had called Parker Brothers they were not going to come out for over 24 hours (I HAD NO WATER MAIN VALVE HAD BEEN TURN OFF TO HOUSE, AND STUCK ON OFF ) I called the answering service with in 5 minutes Joe called back and in 90 minutes someone was there and it was fixed 90 minutes it was fixed .
