We're very happy with our recent water heater replacement. We had a gas leak from the old water heater and house guests coming the next day; I needed help fast! I called Gabe and he was nearby so he came out to inspect and give an estimate that night, even though it was about 7pm. He made a plan to pick up all the supplies the next morning and get to work bright and early. He gave advise on how to beat take care of the water heater and instructions on how to adjust the settings and whatnot. He was diligent, friendly, and trust worthy. He did a GREAT JOB and we are so happy we reached him that night. I know we would have paid much more with a competitor plumber company. Thank you Gabe! We look forward to working with you for future house projects.

I've used George Brazil for years & have always been pleased. I can't say enough wonderful things about your service person Jesse! He truly went above & beyond with his service. He showed up & fixed my problems in a timely & courteous fashion. He also came back on the second day to complete my job & surprised me with a small chocolate cake & flowers. I had mentioned in passing that this wasn't exactly how I had planned on celebrating my Birthday. What a gem you have in this employee!

Technician was on time, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. My problem is with the pricing. $90 can of sealer cost me over $400. R410 freeon they charged me $177 per lb. So a low freeon repair was over $1,000. Randomly i called 3 other AC service companies in the Valley. Avg freeon pricing per lb was $80. Hard to establish pricing prior as you may not know exactly what the problem is. Will not use Tucker in the future. Miss Derek from McConnell Air, never felt ripped off .

I had an exterior faucet that was leaking at the connection from the pipe to the faucet with no room to repair. They came out the day after I called and fixed it quickly! Great business. I will remember them if I have any new issues arise.
