The people at this company are so friendly and helpful. Colin Elliot was fantastic Plumber. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price of my visit was reasonable and well worth it. I will definitely be using them again.

Great service, Fast Install!

We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

Really nice folks and Super friendly office staff. Nikki helped me even though I called her several times because I had so any questions. And the Service guys are super friendly and professional! Jason came to install a kitchen sink assembly for me and noticed my hot water heater had a large puddle of water on top with hard water corrosion on the valves. He returned two days later to replace it for us, and saved our home from future water damage. He also brought it up to code. Upon completion Wyman plumbing provided photos of the job completed, which I REALLY like for my records.

We had a Buoy water monitoring device in our water system under a pilot project to test the device and system. USAA sponsored the project and recently the project was discontinued so USAA instructed us to contact Benjamin Franklin to have the Buoy device removed.We called and made an appointment and everything worked like clock work. Two plumbers showed up on time and it took less than 30 minutes for them to complete the job. Very smooth and professional.

Had them come out to quote me to re-pipe my drains. The wanted $400 just to give out an estimate. I had 25 companies come out to give me quotes. the highest and best one was $15k. They said without hesitation, $30k. I would have to say, do not use this company just based off of my experience and the gouging I received.

Had a leaky valve and needed repairs. Deer Valley Plumbing took the time to listen to our problem and recommend type of repaid and explained costs. Before scheduled appointment, we received a text confirming time and a photo of the tech. Jared, the tech, was awesome and let us know what he also found and recommended dueing his repair. Bottom line - Deer Vally Plumbing will now be our go to and Jared is the best!

Ulises was fast, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly!



He did his job in a timely manner and put me in touch with EcoDry to take care of the water damage caused by a water softener.

James was on time, professional, and very pleasant. He got the job done, addressed all my questions and explained the features of the water heater. And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.

I called Simon at 7:30 pm and he answered immediately! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I sent him photos of the area and he tried to walk me through to attempt to fix the problem. He was extremely helpful but it required him to come to the house. He put me on his schedule for the next day. He was able to diagnose and fix the leak in minutes!!! He checked all my other faucets and gave me suggestions on new faucets for the future. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Very pleased with the service, Springs plumbing provided us. We were facing a problem with shower then we called them to fix it. They came and fixed it very carefully and suggested us how to recover the problem in future in a friendly manner. They are really amazing.

These guys are phenomenal. They replumbed our whole house at an affordable rate and didn't fight us on the camera Inspection. Others wanted to charge us extra just time do the inspection and give us a proper quote.



Lewis and Jason kept me updated the whole time and communicated changes and options as to what was most affordable and/or easier.

I would refer them over and over!

Lack of communication and integrity in keeping their word. Lots of room for improvement. One guard set us up with them. Was without hot water for 1 wk. Understandable since we have a direct vent heater but could have made an attempt to communicate better.

I have found working with Lindsey and Christian to be a pleasure. I had them out to scope my house to ensure no issues. I've also referred them to numerous clients with amazing results. The turn-around time and method of doing trench less work saves time, money, headache, and creates a better end result!

We have noticed a hot spot on the floor and we are worried about the slab leaking and give Smiley pluming a call and he showed up the same day and after he carefully inspected it and I was told their were no leaks, just caused by the recirculation pump running 24/7 and he explained how to set the timer for it so it runs only when we need it.

He is does the job professionally and he is also friendly and I highly recommend him.

Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

So relieved and pleased with our service. We had previously called another plumber who wasn’t sure how to fix the issue.Brad got right to work investigating the issue and came back with a workable plan that completely resolved the problem.He also provided great recommendations for other items that would give us extended value and benefit for our specific needs.Best money I’ve spent on a home service call in a long time.

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!
