Holtzman home improvement impressed me from the moment I walked in the show room. Johnny the designer was amazing. He listened to me and created the perfect remodel for my house that truly match the picture I had in my head. When construction started we had a few issues with the project manager and it felt as though the project would never get done. Then Will Stubblefield took over as project manager and saved the day. He was wonderful, open, and worked hard to meet every deadline he gave us. His expectations for the project exceeded my expectations. I now have a wonderful newly remodeled house that I love.

Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

ABA Home Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Rob Personal was wonderful and helped us in every way to achieve the kitchen we were looking for. Joe was our project manager and he was on top of every detail and our kitchen is beautiful. We would definitely work with them again.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!

We used this company when we had an insurance claim due to roof damage from a storm.
If I'm going to be honest, when we first started working with them I was not happy, the two they sent to start damage control were increasingly late to appointments- like appointment time is 10am but they show up at 8pm, kind of late. But I called their office and explained what was going on. They apologized profusely and then acted on what they said. Their restoration and construction teams were on time after that.
Communication was great and the work was outstanding, no matter how often we called with questions or concerns (new homeowners dealing with a leaky roof is scary!) they were polite and responsive.
Im confident now that my Ceiling and Roof are solid, they cleaned up both inside and outside before leaving and were polite.

Ray Ouellette was a referral from the realtor I hired to sell a house in poor condition. It needed a lot of remodeling to be presentable and ready for sale. Ray and Tatum diligently prepared a scope of work and a budget, got all the work done promptly, and within the budget. They did some odds and ends I had overlooked without charging extra. The work was done beautifully. I did not have to give them a punch list because everything was done right the first time. I am in the commercial development business, for almost 40 years. These guys are as good as it gets. I would not hesitate to refer them.

After working with everyone at Mariano I give them my highest recommendation. They really do deliver a 5 star experience and have earned being my contractor for life.

We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. Under the direction of the company's founder, each team that came to complete their share of the work was absolutely great. Every person was experienced, professional and given the freedom to express their creativity to design exactly what we were looking for in a modern, attractive and functional bathroom. Our designer, Erika, was wonderfully perceptive in understanding our personal preferences and decorating style. In fact, when we visited the tile company to choose materials, she already had products selected that were perfect for our concept. Walking through the yard to pick out granite was a blast with so many amazing products to choose from!

We wish we could give 10 stars for this review. We are so excited to be able to use our new bathroom daily, and even more excited to show it off to visitors! Johan is simply the best! He is a pleasure to work with, honest, extremely hard working, very skilled, prompt and very concerned about his customers needs. We took out our bathtub and shower and put in a new shower and vanity area. We also replaced all of our countertops with quartz. My wife has gone into our bathroom just to look about 10 times daily and comes out with a huge smile each time. Cannot recommend Johan high enough in our minds!
