Best Plumbing Line in Phoenix AZ

After experiencing our 3rd leak, we decided to replace the plumbing under our sink. Our plumbing project was completed by Jason, and by the looks of it, it appears to be a real quality job. Time will tell.The reason for 4-stars and not 5 is due to the disconnect in the appointment setting. I am not certain if there is a personal issue between personnel (Kerwin and Jason), but in our case there was a lack of inter-office communication, which was just a bit irritating for us to manage. Get your office poop in a group and let the work shine through!UPDATE 7/2018: Project still holding up great!

Chris and his team were so easy to work with and did a great job. We had a plumbing emergency that they responded to right away. The issue ended up being much bigger than expected and his team stayed until the job was done. Highly recommended!

Our plumber was a nice man and professional but he scratched up my toilt so bad that i had to buy another toilet, the companies cost plus my new toilet cost me over 300.00, next time i will buy my own snake and fix it myself,

Accent Plumbing was professional and prompt. We needed a fix to our master shower and Steve was friendly, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond to help us. He even came to fix our shower after dinner in order to keep his promise of fixing our shower today, after mix ups and delays with parts. I would recommend Accent Plumbing to everyone.

2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

my water heater stopped working all together, so I got some recommendations, and got MANY for Wyman plumbing. They came out the next day. well with my luck.. I got a default water heater, something was broken on the inside the water heater, but they were out again the very next morning to exchange it and made sure it wasn't leaking again. they made the whole process as painless as possible and appreciate them so much! I will be absolutely be recommending them and using them again! Thank you again for everything you did for us!!!

James did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. He’s very competent, courteous and professional.

I went through Home Depot, and they contract with Parker and Sons. The salesperson came out on a Wednesday. Reviewed our options, got financing, and all was installed by Thursday evening (24 hours from sales meeting to completed install!)While they were slightly more expensive than other quotes, I received a lifetime warranty, and they did a phenomenal job. They even arranged to have insulation added to my attic and have a crew come out and fix the drywall they had to remove to fit the air handler into my attic.

Apache Plumbing is consistently providing the best service I have received from a plumber. Dorothy in the office is a wizard with coordinating quickly and the team of people that are sent out are always friendly and knowledgeable. If you want someone you can always depend on, don’t call anyone else except for Apache.

Franz came out short notice to fix and replace the washer/dryer valves that started leaking. Franz is super friendly, does great work, and the quote and payment was straight forward and easy. Of course you pay for short-notice appts, but it was right in line with the expected expense. I'll definitely use Franz and The Aussie Plumber again!

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE.

I do not know the contractor we dealt with because his name isn’t worth remembering. This specific contractor decided he was not going to work on our case base on pictures. He called our renters told them that we called him SEVERAL times which is LIE. We reached out ONCE to verify if someone was coming out or not. He advised that Tricon American home was supposed to reach out to us to let know that a assessment team was coming out. I’m sure that was a lie seeing that this particular contractor lied about us calling him and about coming to our home. He ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I have used this company many times. They have always done a great job and are very reasonable on their prices. I would recommend them anytime.

Mark showed up on time, he was clean and organized. He was respectful and pleasant. Most importantly, he was honest and very knowledgeable in the field of plumbing. He was able to determine our plumbing problem accurately and provided the solution. Prior to Mark I have called several plumbers and to my great disappointment they have have lied to my fiance and I stating that our plumbing problem was bigger than it actually was. This in turn allowed them to over inflate the prices.

Mark charged us a reasonable fee for the service that he provided which allowed for us to know exactly to know what exactly we are dealing with. He accurately diagnosed the situation. I feel such dread calling other plumbers because they have displayed such high levels of dishonesty and price gouging. I'm absolutely thrilled and relieved that we found Mark at Anthony's plumbing.

Vance came in on time and installed my electric water heater quickly and efficiently.

I scheduled an appointment with Rooter Hero Plumbing due to a clog in my hall bathroom tub. The technician arrived at 9:30am and began his work. He continued to work for a couple of hours before I entered my master bathroom and observed dark murky water filling my shower floor. By 6:00pm, I was left with neither shower in my home in working order. The technician stated he and his boss will be at my home the next morning at 10:00am. Upon arrival (BTW he was 20 minutes late), the manager entered my home never introducing himself and had already begun belittling his technician. He did not look my direction while speaking; therefore I assumed he was not speaking to me. He then proceeded to say, "well, are you coming?" "Aren't you the homeowner?" After a brief peek of his head into each of the bathrooms, he explicitly let me know I had big problems and we need to sit at the table and discuss what needs to be done. Once at the table, he told me that we can get my homeowners insurance company to pay for the new plumbing, but we need to create a water leak that will result in water damage. I stated to him that I do not have a leak. The manager then looked at his technician and stated "that's what we got this little guy for." He stated he works with my insurance company all of the time and already has 4 claims processing and that they know him by name. At this point I knew exactly what he was doing; therefore I asked him to leave my home. He immediately got up from his seat and swiftly walked out the door as if I were wasting his time.
