I have called over to Robins Plumbing a handful of times the past few years and every time I do, they are always professional, alert and knowledgeable. As much as I like to think I know everything, I have found great comfort in relying on Robins when I call as they kindly and gently disavow me of any belief I am the one who should be working on my plumbing. Janet has been great at walking me through the issue, ensuring a technician takes care of it, and leaving me with plunger free plumbing.

These guys are great. He arrived exactly on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. I had the solution in under 30 minutes. Definitely added to my contacts to use next time too.

We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.

As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.

We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.

Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.

We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we’re very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn’t be done for under $190. I’ve already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life. Great service starting with the office staff who is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Darlene took all of the details of my problem and sent just the right plumber. Cole explained things clearly and then with determination, cleared my drain. This after 2 previous plumbers gave up on it! I've used Moon Valley for years. Had to wait several days for them to come out but well worth the wait. There service is professional, affordable and honest! Highly recommend them!

Simply, Joe is the man! Called to replace my pressure vacuum breaker and was completed the next day. Great service and fair pricing. Will recommend to friends and use them again down the road.

My garbage disposal was broken, someone came out to take a look, advised me to buy a new disposal from Home Depot since buying one from them would be more expensive. No charge that day, I then went and bought my new disposal and scheduled a follow up appt. 2nd guy comes, does a full inspection of my house, found that 11 angle valves needed to be replaced, plus the main shut off valve and I needed an pressure regulator valve. Glad he found all those things, but it was $2000 for everything. Took the guy about 12 hours over 2 days to do the work, but everything was done well. No complaints

Requested call using Home Advisor from Wyman for urgent repair of abandoned water line gushing. They called back within 15 minutes. They were able to accept pictures of the problem via cell, evaluate it and gave me a fixed price for the repair. They were onsite in another 30 minutes and had it repaired in under 15.

Omg these guys are in my favorites list now. They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. They gave me a wait time of three days to get the part, and called me a day early. They were courteous, efficient, tidy, and I’ll never call another plumber but them!

Tech showed up the first time and was unable to do any work because due to where the ac units were located, he needed a second person. I had explained the location of our ac units when I called and what they would need and I believe we have seen their trucks in our condo complex so I was a bit disappointed to say the least. Had to rescheduled for a week later. Techs showed up today and told me I need about $1300 of work. And of course new parts are needed so it will be another week. I will trust that that is what is needs to be done but one is never happy they have to spend that much more on 4 year old acs.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache.They did it for over 8 times less.

I thought Option One did just drain clearings. I have used them for a few commercial properties I manage. I am so glad that I called them to try to fix what I thought was the unfixable. They fixed a roof drain that has been leaking when it rains forever! The roofing company kept trying to fix it, my maintenance man tried. Sammy with Option One took a look, conferred with an associate who came out also and they came up with a plan to repair. Best thing was--they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling upon them again.

We had a back up in laundry room that flooded pretty bad. They were here within cpl hours and fixed the problem. very friendly and quick service.
