They did me a HUGE solid. I called them out for a leaking spigot in the back. I was going to replace it myself but I couldn't get the water main to shut off. I tried every tool and thought I might break it. Instead, I called these guys. Guy shows up in a few hours, takes one look and asked why not just use the secondary shut off that was attached to the spigot in the front. Flipped lever, water off. I'm an idiot. He said not to worry about this one and didn't charge me for showing up. That right there is amazing customer service and the way should be done. Easily could have charged me anyway. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing needs!!!

Joe was able to stop by our Carvana office in Arcadia and assess an issue with one of our men's urinals as well as a small leak in our women's bathroom. The next day he and his coworker fixed the problem! Joe was really great to work with and suggested against spending more money looking further into the issue. The last year or so has been a very challenging time for our family. In Nov 2019, our 7-year-old son was diagnosed with Leukemia. Months later, as a nation, we were hit with COVID-19, which drastically impacted my wife's industry, "Hospitality and Event Management", as well as many others. As a result, our way of life: living, socializing, and working has changed in unexpected ways.Despite these challenges, as a family and as a nation, we are all doing our best to maintain health, happiness, and prosperous lives. After speaking with our Homeowners Insurance and Home Warranty companies, we found that this type of issue is not covered by either of the two plans, so it became clear that we would have to find a way to fix the issue out of pocket.So, after doing a little Google research, we stumbled across Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC., Ignasio and Edward arrived on site to assess the recently discovered leak. After assessing the issue, they were very prompt and professional in offering us both long-term and short-term options that would best fit our budget.Given the issues mentioned at the beginning of this post, disposable cash on hand is a luxury we don't really have at the moment, so we opted to move forward with the lower cost temporary solution and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. The next morning when Ignasio and Edward arrived, they let us know that the Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. leadership team had been made aware of our recent life challenges and offered to implement the permanent solution at no cost to us.Ignasio and Edward's kind and incredibly generous news warmed our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. Within a few hours, the leak was repaired, and the workspace/landscaping was clean and returned to normal conditions. Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

James was great! Very fast, professional, and took care of the problem. I even learned a couple of things that will help me avoid a future headache. Not only will I use Ben Franklin again if I need, but will be recommending to friends/family. I don’t know what you pay him, but if it were up to me he would get a raise! Keep up the good work James, you do a solid job.

Unfortunately we did not use Parker and Sons as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. Since we are selling, we wouldn't recoup the investment and the new owners will still have an AC with a warranty. That being said, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Marco was extremely attentive and thorough along with being a nice person and on time. They arrived the next day as opposed to Goettl which was a 8 days out (we didn't use them). Everyone was so nice and helpful, I wish money wasn't an object. I do believe in their quality, it just wasn't what we needed at the time. Thank you for everything though and when we get our new home and need AC help, we will call Parker and Sons for our forever home.

I just had the best experience. Rodney scoped and fixed my drains and hydrojet my lines and got my a chem for my system. My house was built in 1951 and has the old cast iron piping. This guy found my issue and fixed it. I finally have great working plumbing after fighting with multiple companies and so much money spent from snake rentals and other companies that could never fix my drainage issues. Rodney is the man. Best service experience ever.
