Very happy with the service. Omar was professional and did a good job. I think I found a plumber service I'll stay with.

Charged us $388 for a $20 part that took 25 mins to fix. Tech could not quote us why so much that is just their price. could not give us a break down of the billing or what we were paying for. Caught us in an emergency and we felt like their pricing took advantage of that. Will never call them back again.Update. After the owner read my review they decided to blackmail me. Telling me to take down my bad review or they would not complete the repair. The repair we agreed on at their overpriced fee. told them we would write a bad review over pricing. The tech then left not fixing anything. The owner of the company never called me to discuss. Tech was not throw out of the house, i never declined any service. I had agreed to pay the price.Also, the techs name on the shirt was Brandon. Do you even know what techs go to what jobs? Did we have the right tech

Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I knew the full price up-front and the repair was done quickly. I'll use again.

I call DiamondBack Plumbing on the morning of 10/24/19 because I had no hot water. The new water heater was installed by 8 pm. I was pleased that I the issue resolved the same day. Thank You. Linda K. Walker

What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

Adam Bunn was prompt,on time. He diagnosed our problem and gave us two options. WE bought a new water heater from Home Depot. He picked it up and installed installed it in 3 hours. He cleaned up afterward, and hauled the old tank away. He did a terrific job and Custom Plumbing should be proud of having such a great employee. Good job.

Richard did a fantastic, professional job of replacing two bathroom faucets. The shut-off valves under the sink broke during the installation (not his doing) and he replaced those as well. Very friendly, competent, and respectful of our property. Highly recommend

I had a calcium deposit clogging my sewer line. Carlos and Rocky did a fantastic job of breaking it up and getting the water to drain. It was a lot of work but they honored the price I was quoted. These guys were amazing. I appreciate their hard work.
