Bravo to Pink Plumbing. Lou got it done! Worked with Chris, Stephanie, and Lou for a replacement of the water line from the water meter to my condo. Although my situation wasn't desirable, Pink Plumbing took away my stress and worries and I'm confident the work was done right. If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to give these folks a call.

Moon Valley came out today to fix a couple plumbing issues with my bathroom. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote and then when he took everything apart, he found that the issue was due to an extra piece someone installed and instead of charging me the quoted price for a brand new part, he dealt with the extra piece and charged me accordingly. This company is honest and fair and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Technician was early, knew exactly what to do, finished work in a very short amount of time. Could not be happier with responsive to my initial call and service of the technician.

If you want rude and disrespectful people coming to your home then pick these people. Said he would give a discount for cash and need half upfront, Then said he needed to go get some parts. 3 Hours later they show up high on drugs, and they never fixed the problem. They had to come back the next day to finish. Then when they completed the work the price had gone up $100.

The plumber showed up right away and turns out that I was misquoted by a newer employee, but they honored that misquote anyways and installed a new water heater for me the next day when the shop opened back up. Very pleased with the service I received, very professional, curtious, efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

Rod was very friendly and professional. He was out the same day and took care of my leaking faucet in the backyard. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need any additional work. The lovely lady on the phone was also wonderful to work with and helped me get what I needed quickly.

Richard was on-time, friendly, informative and professional. Not to leave out,, he fixed the issue. We will use this company again, due to experience with Richard.

I scheduled an appointment the tech came out on time. I spent 2 hours with him reviewing the scope of the project. He said he would get me a quote. After a few days I called to see if the tech had taken the time to put it through and spoke to Max. Max informed me that all quotes go through him and that he had it but had not gotten to it yet. I asked when do you think you will? Max suddenly said "I am going to no-bid this job". Totally unprofessional and a total waste of my time for me to spend with the tech. Think twice before you call them and have to waste the most only commodity we don't get more of.

This was my first time using Rooter Hero. I had some issues with my kitchen sink and a friend recommended them. Mark was my technician and he was very professional and clearly took pride in his work. Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber!

On a Sunday, the kitchen faucet inexplicably began leaking all over when running. I could not figure it out, went to hardware store for another. On the way, saw Simon's truck in a driveway. Looked up his reviews on my phone, called him. In less than 30 minutes he was at my door. In another 20 min., he diagnosed and repaired the problem and "DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE ME, ON A SUNDAY." What tradesman ever does that? Military veteran, great guy, competent, neat and courteous. He even called me back the next day to see if everything was ok. He is My Guy moving forward. Had to force him to take some cash for his time and service.

Allen Swisher came out to help me with my sink, he wasn't able to clear it today, but had some good recommendations. I'll keep heading back to him

Pruitt's plumbing is the the wost plumbing company in the Kingman AZ area. thier plumbers are untrained and not prepared for the jobs they do the plumbers name was Danlle from bullhead City had to ask to us some of my tools to work on the drains.then when coming to billing charges double what he quoted and was unable to fix the problem. If you need a plumber don't choose Pruitt's plumbing

Highly recommend this company! Lindsey was amazing to work with. They were very responsive and provided us with alternatives to address our issue. We will definitely call on them for any future plumbing issues.
