Best New Water Softener in Phoenix AZ

This is one of those businesses I wish I could give more than 5 stars to… I’ve used them a couple times now and can’t say enough good things… First of all it’s a family owned, high integrity business. Their pricing is affordable, plumbers were punctual and respectful and pretty clean cut guys. Give these guys a shot for all your plumbing needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Extremely fast response time, fairly priced, and very professional staff. We highly recommend using Belsito's, our service technician was Charles and he did an A+ job.

Levi was awesome! Professional and to the point. He didn't beat around the bush. From the initial phone call to the end of the service I was impressed with this company! Plus there's NO extra after hours charges! When I paid it was the same $$ quote I got on the phone.

The Moon Valley Plumbing team recently installed some ground level cleanouts and re-conditioned the cast iron piping in our 50+ year old home. This was after another company stated they would have to rip up our concrete floor having identified the problem as a broken pipe. Moon Valley had the specialized equipment to correctly identify the problem and saved us thousands of dollars (and weeks of time) in the process. Travis and his crew (Dan, Cole, and Kenny) are honest and reliable and I they will be my plumbers of choice going forward. Thank you!

Anthony's Plumbing made time for us within an hour of our call. Mark showed up promptly on time and went to work. He explained what he would do, gave us some tips and was very pleasant yet business-like. We will certainly use this company again, as both times we used it we had excellent results.

Quail Plumbing did a major job at our condo complex and according to our board president - they went above and beyond in working with the city, our insurance company and our property owners. I will be sure to use them if I have any plumbing issues in my unit.

Wow! What can I say about this company they are great. They came out the same day even though it was New Year’s Eve! I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

Laszlos was able to come out to our house less than 24 hours after we called with a leaking pipe at our main water shutoff. Very reasonably priced considering it was an urgent repair. The work done looks great, very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

I had the great pleasure to have Barrett from A.P.E.S assigned to my kitchen renovation project. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and efficient. Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. We will definitely use Plumbrite in the future!

Cost $700 to install a faucet - I paid $200 for the faucet and they charged me $500 to install it. I knew that was high but my
faucet was leaking and they had me. Now 4 months later it’s loose, broken and leaking. Their response for the $700 professional install that I need help with …nothing.
I’m a Pediatric ICU RN and I get $65/hr to save lives. These clowns get $500/hour to install a faucet and took advantage of me. The guy that came out - the dad in the “father/son” business meant to pull on heart strings was an overweight guy, that sweated and struggled to get the job done.
Look on line - Yelp - to see photos of this $700 installation that has my sink and faucet in ruins. I put their invoice up also.
STAY AWAY!!!!
Overpriced and incompetent and no follow up.
