We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! My service technician, Miguel, was punctual and professional. He installed a Tesla home charger for my and it looks amazing. The reason I docked a star is the price, I believe their prices are a little high. Over $1800 to install the home charger on the exterior of the house less than 4 feet away. This included labor, a 50a breaker, conduit, and power cables. Overall quality work and I would use again, just a bit on the pricey side!
