They installed 3 sink faucets and one shower trim/faucet. They were quick to get us an appointment, were early and they did a good job. They were helpful with our questions and were better priced than other companies that quoted it. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done. We would use them again in the future.

I made my appointment a year in advance. I would have appreciated more information about the insulation install in advance. I had no idea it would only take 45 minutes or that we would not be able to put our storage boxes & Xmas decorations back into the attic once insulation was installed except for a small path of boards. Renting a storage unit will cost more than the electric savings. On the plus side, the people were professional and came on time.

My water heater burst and they came out within 2 hours. When I called the women who answered was very nice and helpful. They called me when my technician was on his way and sent me a text message with his picture and information before he arrived. My technician Tom was very pleasant and professional. He walked us through everything he recommended and showed us how we could save money. Would definitely recommend!

The guy replaced me two valve for my toilets. I checked on line, the total cost was 40 dollars. The guy worked 30 minutes, I paid 270 dollars. 230 dollars labor for 30 minutes, a true robbery.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! Moon Valley... plumbing with aplomb!
