If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

This roofing company was amazing the whole way through the process from working with my insurance company to get a fair claim to final cleanup. They replaced my roof, gutters, and siding and I couldn't be happier with the results. All work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using them again.

What an outstanding company to work with! We needed our roof to be cleaned off and a few repairs done without spending a fortune. Re-Vamp Roofing was out the next morning to give us an estimate. They were on time, honest, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and priced really well. In fact my husband and I were very impressed when Ruben was talking to us about the things to repair and yet again when he sent an estimate over. Something that we thought would be over our budget actually fell below our budget. We were able to schedule our service for the same week. They once again were on time and did a great job! Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Daryl and the crew at In-Ex Designs were terrific. While we only had some minor repairs to our roof, they were done on time, at a reasonable expense and as promised. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a terrific job. Thanks, Daryl!

Beware of their pickup trucks. A-hole driver of one of their clearly marked pickup trucks tailgated and generally drove unsafe a couple hours north of Phoenix on 1/3/16.
