While out of town, our water heater ruptured. I called Maloney to replace the unit so we would have hot water upon our return. We were not aware of the extensive damage until Maloney arrived and advised us by phone that we should first contact our insurance carrier and retain a restoration service to minimize any further impact from the event.Despite our many delays (waiting for a restoration service decision, waiting for mitigation operations, waiting for an insurance adjuster and then waiting on repairs) Maloney remained at the ready so we could get hot water at our earliest opportunity and at no additional cost. They are pros and you should give them a call.

Nate is great! He was very flexible with my work schedule when I got hung up and couldn’t make my appointment. He clearly explained my options, as well as recommendations for future work to help prevent some problems I have been having.I appreciate how Robin’s plumbing cares about their customers, I call them every time I need plumbing help. ?

Very professional. They always found a way to not only complete a job, when others couldn't, they did so at a lower price.

Service was super quick and they offered a permanent solution to fix the leak under my sink vs the three previous plumbers who just did an immediate fix. Excellent job!

Apparently they think it’s ok to park in Fire zones blocking fire hydrants and then when asked to move, like to run their mouths. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. “Please get me fired” he kept repeating. The attitude of people like this is the problem with society. People need to be held accountable for their actions. You can’t do whatever you want in life.

We had a great experience with Moon Valley Plumbing! Both bathrooms in our house were overflowing with water and we first contacted another company. They came out that night and ended up being a disaster. After not being able to run the water, use our bathroom overnight, and having to go outside to use the bathroom with our 11 month old in the house, my husband decided to call other companies first thing in the morning. We googled best plumbing companies in AZ and Moon Valley came up. We quickly got a call back from Alex and he came to the rescue! He fixed the problem right away and was very pleasant and genuine. We were so put off by our experience with the other company, but Moon Valley saved the day!!

I was happy that Parker and son's arrived in an emergency situation so quickly. You can count on that. You can also count on it costing you $$$$. I had an issue with my water heater that was on the verge of failure. It was leaking and about to burst. I turned it all off that night and called Parker who arrived the following afternoon. Happy with the service and time frame but my water heater cost me 3400.00 to be replaced. Standard 40 gallon unit you can purchase at 800-1200 at home Depot. When I asked the plumber what the breakdown was for labor and unit cost he simply told me that is the price. I paid extra for the 10 year warranty. Even with the additional fee for the extra warranty I still paid more 2k for a 2 hour job. They caught me with my pants around my ankles as I was desperate for the fix and he arrived with it in his truck. I should have been on top of it and fixed it myself but the emergency didn't allow that. They got me.

I highly recommend the Aussie Plumber! Cameron came to my home for a kitchen drain cleaning. Previously he installed a toilet for me. Both times I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and friendly. He has integrity and cares that the job is done right. Customer service is top priority for him and all staff with Aussie Plumber!

NOT EXPERIENCED IN TANKLESS WATER HEATERS. We’ve had 4 technicians to our house the last 4 months trying to get our hot water to flow again. The first technician couldn’t figure out the problem, we had him flush it anyway for $250. Still no hot water. The second came to tell us we needed a new water control valve, he gave us the wrong part # and we ordered the wrong part. Didn’t know this until the 3rd technician came. 3rd tech came

And went due to us not having the correct part. 4th technician came to install correct WCV and charged us another $200. We had hot water for one day and he said we needed a new igniter, if that didn’t work. My husband installed the new $20 igniter in 10minutes and we I instantly have hot water! Were pretty certain we needed a new igniter this entire time and spend over $500. Even though we live in AZ, it’s summer and the water is warm, we still enjoy hot showers and so does our 2yo. Definitely feeling taken advantage of and misleaded. I also emailed owner when he asked for feedback and I haven’t heard back in over a week. Also, Max, the person who schedules services seemed like he stopped caring 2 months ago after the 2nd technician came.

I highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing. I called for some plumbing needs and Gary showed up promptly, was friendly, knew his products and his craft and completed the task quickly - and the price was right too. They will be the first company I'll call for any plumbing problems.

He was very professional and quite knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he taught me a little something about installing and care of the water heater. He enjoys his work and was very courteous to me. I definitely would use him and the company again if ever needed.

Who doesn't finish the work that was paid for? This company. I am now having more problems than I had before they did the work and they refuse to schedule and come back. It's been 2 weeks and I am still getting the run around.

Our home warranty First American sent this company to fix a leak with our Tankless Hot Water Heater. The Tech fixed the leak by installing new supply lines but before he left we told him there now was no hot water coming out of the taps. He said to call the office to book another appt instead of him troubleshooting then on the spot. The next week a new Tech came out and said it was the heat element and other parts and ordered them. Waited another week for the parts and a different Tech installed them and still no hot water. Even asked the Techs if the supply lines were hooked up to hot and cold correctly and they just rolled their eyes at me. Called to talk to the Manager but he was off for July 4th long weekend and never returned our message. One month later and still no hot water and ended up buying a new unit and having a handyman come to install it and he said the water lines were put back on backwards from the beginning from the first Tech. We went with no hot water for a month and if the job was done right from day one I wouldn't be writing this negative review. The manager should have at least had the courtesy to return our call and send a Senior Tech to review. We are out of pocket $750 plus $85 service fee as couldn't wait another month for a hot shower and ended up buying a new unit but didn't need too and home warranty won't reimburse.

Awful! Complete scammers. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her a ridiculous amount of money to repair her water heater. Avoid this company! Complete jerk when we tried to find out exactly what he was doing and why he was charging almost $900 to repair an old water heater.

I needed to replace the main water valve. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Great job!
