We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.

As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.

We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.

Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.

We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.

I needed a plumbing repair done same day on a Sunday. Diamondback had a technician out and the repairs done in 3 hours and all for a reasonable price. Great customer service! That's why I keep going back.

They did not repair anything. The plumber??? left to get the needed part and did not return for over an hour and a half, bringing a restoration /mitigation company with him. Their consensus was to tear out 20 feet of my kitchen cabinets and have them rebuilt. Keep in mind they did not ever use a device to check if there was in fact any water damage. My insurance adjuster sent another company for second opinion. They determined, using the correct equipment to check for moisture, and found the only thing needed was to dry out and possibly a need to replace the floor of only the cabinet where the RO system had leaked. I think Custom Plumbing and the mitigation company only saw $$$$. Would never use them again. {and I still have no water available in my kitchen}

Stefan has been absolutely the best professional tradesmen I’ve worked with - from the smallest of jobs (vent pipe and fixture valve install) to large comprehensive projects (main line relocation, tankless and softener install), he showed up punctually and finished in a timely manner. Very fair in pricing and so organized and professional, even in billing. Pleasure to work with and will be using Simba Plumbing again and would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs. Andrew did an excellent job draining and removing the old water heater and installing the new one. He is very skilled at his job and pleasant.

I wa quoted 700% higher than another plumber to run a grill gas line from an existing gas connect 24 feet, the site I got your number from stated do not pay too much to run a gas line for your grill, I had it done by another on the same site for less than 25% of your quote. The site said it should not be more than $25 a linear foot you wanted $175 a linear foot. Absolutely absurd. And the reasoning coming from Anthony was as absurd. Horrible experience, but glad I was able to get it done by a competitor of yours.

Simon was the best!! Thorough, excellent work, and fair priced. He did my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher hook ups in a couple hours and made sure his job was done right!

Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.
