We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.

I called at 8 am in the morning because I had water coming through the floor. Mark came out found a broken pipe in the wall and spend all afternoon fixing it. He did an amazing job!! Mark also set me up with a great company who came out the same day to assess the damage to my wall and floor.

Awesome service all the way from the first person I talked with in scheduling to Remington who came to do the repair. Our laundry washer valve broke as we were installing a new washer and the condo complex only had the water turned off for a few hours. I was pleased with the work. However, I ended up paying more than quoted. I agreed and signed, only to get a vague receipt showing I paid about $400 per hour foe labor. I tried contacting by phone and email, but it appears I am being avoided.

We used Simon's Plumbing to disconnect & reconnect 5 sink faucets including a garbage disposal and R/O system during a renovation project. He was very accommodating in coordinating his services with the installer of our countertops. There were a couple unforeseen issues but Simon didn't miss a beat. He explained what needed to be done and went about his business without a glitch. I appreciated his kind demeanor and his meticulous work ethic. He is very detailed and takes pride in his work.
