Best Leak Detection And Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had previously (several years ago) used WJ Maloney for some plumbing work and they were reasonable then. When I had them come quote me for a new shutoff valve for my house, they quoted over $1000. I called another plumber (Quail Plumbing) that is doing it for less than $200. For the pleasure of Maloney's 5x normal cost quote they are charging me $49 for a service call. In comparison Quail gave me a quoted range over the phone with no hassle and no service charge.

The dispatcher was great and she kept me informed since I was trying to get same day service. She made it happen and the plumber came during the window I was told and fixed things up quickly and painlessly. Price wasn't bad either. I'll use them again.Second visit, different issue. DO NOT USE ROOTER HERO PLUMBING IN EITHER CITY. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE 700 DOLLARS TO FIX SOMETHING THAT I DID THE NEXT DAY FOR 110$ AND TOOK 45 MINUTES. THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE 700$ FOR ONE HOURS WORK. AND THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART. THEY SEND OUT THE FRIENDS AT ADAMS DISASTER AND RESTORATION WHICH IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT THREATENS TO PUT LIENS ON YOUR HOUSE AND SEND YOUR INFOR TO COLLECTIONS IF THEY DONT GET PAID.... FOR SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP ON.

this business could not be more of a scam than they are. they sent out a trainee which called and made an appointment with my home warranty and everything was fine up until the next day when the manager ( shane) came out and explained that the trainee made a mistake and made it through the home warranty not the home insurance and he took the machine and said he would take care of it . well about a week goes by and i get an invoice for 550 dollars.......... long story short i called and spoke with 3 different people at all different times because they kept calling and all of them said they would take care of it because they were at fault for sending out a trainee and scheduling the payment through my home warranty not my home insurance which is a huge difference in deductibles. well about 2 or 3 months goes by and now i get another invoice from them and i called them and now they say that it was a misunderstanding and they need the payment.... worse experience with a business and i would highly recommend you do not use either company. rooter hero plumbing or adams d&r.



you can tell when a business is posting on yelp to make there rating better and well not only can you tell by looking at the reviews that the bad ones are by real customers and the good ones are from them.
